Dans un joli cadre bucolique et au bord de l'eau, un hébergement atypique et inspirant : les écuries d'un moulin sur l'Eure. Le bruit de la rivière, le chant des oiseaux, le Moulin de XIIIe siècle sont là pour un dépaysement total. La rivière se prête pour une petite baignade, un tour en kayak ou une partie de pêche. Les champs et les forets entourent le moulin et vous offrent des nombreuses balades en vélos . Et quel plaisir de faire un picnic au bord d'un lac au couché de soleil!

In a small quiet hamlet on the heights of Rémalard (all shops) and along a hiking circuit, this all-inclusive cottage is ideal for getting green! Single-storey Percheron farmhouse: living area with fully equipped kitchen, lounge (wood-burning stove, double sofa bed (sheets not provided), TV, desk), bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm – sheets provided) on the garden level with access to a wooden terrace, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), toilet.

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
