Luxurious villa in a panoramic position 400 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the village of San Felice Circeo. The lush garden and large covered terrace are elegantly furnished with a sea view. Wi-fi, TV, fireplace, air conditioning, table tennis, 8 beds. Safe stair with handrail. We can only accept small pets if requested in advance. The villa has been on Airbnb since 2016. For bureaucratic reasons, we have to create a new listing.
