Aurora Medieval House - Granaio

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Tutti i confort. Ingresso privato con parcheggio. A 100 metri dal centro in zona residenziale. Il mare dista 1 km raggiungibile anche in bici o a piedi. Due ampie stanze più una con due letti a castello .Tutte con finestra e armadi. Ampio giardino con barbecue, gazebo coperto e illuminato con tavolo regolabile. Cucina 4 fuochi con bollitore, forno elettrico e nuovo frigo/freezer apertura collegata con la sala pranzo e salotto.Due bagni completi di cui uno con doccia e l'altro con vasca

La Casina sul Mare

Tranquillo villino indipendente a 70 metri dal mare. La spiaggia con bar, dove è possibile noleggiombrelloni, lettini o spiaggia libera. Il villino è composto: da due camere di cui una matrimoniale e una con letto a castello e un altro letto singolo. Soggiorno con TV, condizionatore in zona notte e zanzariere. Lavatrice. In cucina è dotata di lavastoviglie, microonde, bollitore e macchina del caffè. Esternamente: grande tavolo, doccia esterna, barbecue, lettini e grande ombrellone.

Situata a 5 km dal centro e 900 mt dal mare,è necessaria la macchina per gli spostamenti. Può ospitare massimo 2 adulti e 2 bambini,. Non si è completamente soli l'host ed altra casa vacanza adiacente hanno entrata in giardino in comune) Dal 1 ottobre al 30 aprile disponibile idromassaggio riscaldato , piscina disponibile dal 1 maggio al 30 settembre
