10 stars if possible. You can't ask for better hosts than Joan and Javier. Arrived in Ponce in the middle of the night and Javier was waiting with a friendly smile. Joan was very responsive, checking in to be sure everything was good. The unit is exactly as described. Clean, modern and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, great A/C and a big screen smart TV. Location walkable to major supermarket and huge mall with lots of dining options, movies, Macy's and JC Penney. I can't recommend Joan's place enough and will definitely seek availability on my next trip to beautiful Ponce. Thank you Joan and Javier for ensuring a wonderful stay.

The place was clean and located in a quiet and safe place. Definitely if you want to sightsee in Ponce or neighboring villages, it's a great place to stay. Carlos was communicative and helpful. We look forward to returning soon. God bless you 🙏🏻🙌🏻🩷
