Our property lays beside hiking and biking trails and there are plenty of spots to explore with unforgettable sunsets and sunrises over Barcelona and the Sea.

Rest, relax or work - in this detached modern bungalow with underfloor heating and air conditioning. Centrally located between Sitges and Vilanova, all tourist attractions, the beaches and the sea and of course Barcelona are within easy reach. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with views over the infinity pool into the pine groves of the Garraf. Walk to the sea through the nature reserve next to the house. Ecologically top: the house is supplied with solar energy from its own roof.

House on the Hill.

The house is located on a plot of 800 square meters. It's a modern design house, very spacious, bright and comfortable. Located in a residential area (Urbanización Fontpineda) at the top of a small hill 10' from the village of Pallejá which is 20 km from Barcelona. It is preferable to have a private car. Pallejá has a public train and bus transport service to Bcn. There is a bus that communicates with Pallejà approximately every hour. And less frequently during the weekend.

This villa is in a quiet but well connected residential area in the hills above the village, only 5’ walk to the town centre, and located next to Barcelona 30' by car, also it is possible go to Barcelona by train in 40’ you can arrive in downtown BCN. The beach is only 2 km from the house.
