The apartment is very nice, cozy, and functional. The building is very nice and the area, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful residential areas in the city, with the right balance between tranquility and nice places to eat and walk. Adriana was always attentive and was very cordial. I'll definitely be back on my next trips to Buenos Aires.

Great place to stay in Belgrano, 10 min walk from subte at Congreso Tucaman, very clean and furnished as the description. Best of all the host was very friendly, flexible and responsive which made our stay very easy.

The area is spectacular, very nice and very safe because there is a school that provides police and private security, so it is very good. It's a studio apartment that has everything you need to be with a partner in peace.

The place is super comfortable, everything as described and in the photos. The area is quite quiet, several shops near the place and the subway station a few minutes away. Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favoring perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. The apartment is conveniently located. Angelina is a great host who left all the necessary instructions and was constantly in touch. The apartment is bright and warm. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. A house with security guards around 24/7, made it feel safe. We really liked everything.
