Good details that make things easier for those coming from abroad (bus card, universal plug adapter, two sets of keys). Adapted wall plugs. It has cable TV. A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a social bathroom in the living room. Nice balcony with chairs and table overlooking García del Río Avenue. The host, Dafne, is very kind.

Pachh is a great host, always attentive to our needs and concerned with making us feel at home. We had a problem with the building's drain during our stay (which had nothing to do with Pach's apartment but was resolved with the consortium) and she gave us several options so that we could enjoy the stay even with the repairs that were being carried out. In addition, he was kind enough to allow us to leave the suitcases for a few days so we didn't have to move them in the middle of the work they were doing. Regarding the apartment, it is just like the photos: very comfortable and spacious for two people, with the great advantage of having a beautiful outdoor space that my pet who traveled with me could enjoy.
