The newly renovated studio in Haus Mischi with a south-facing balcony is located in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, directly at the valley station of the Alpine Express and within walking distance of the mountain railways, ski lifts, ski school meeting point, sports field, parking and the versatile shopping facilities in the village center. Both in winter – ski slopes up to the house - as well as in summer – directly at the hiking and bike trails - the house offers an excellent starting point for skiers, hikers, bikers and recreation seekers.

"The cottage in the woods" is an environment surrounded by the green of chestnut and linden trees, to "listen to nature that speaks" but also to music (acoustic speakers on each floor, even outdoors) and let yourself be lulled by moments of slow, simple, authentic life. It is located in a small alpine village from which you start to reach other villages and towns, on foot and by car. The garden for exclusive use with dining area, barbecue, swimming pool, umbrellas and deckchairs is very popular. There is Wi-Fi.

Das Häuschen empfängt dich mit seinem warmen Holz, dem leichten Duft von Fichten in der Luft und einer Aussicht, die den Alltag sofort vergessen lässt. Chill in your roomy sauna after skiing, hiking, or lounging on the chalet's expansive terraces. Tucked away above the village, even in the depth of winter, you enjoy an early sunrise. Your skis are best placed next to the slopes, a scenic 1.5 km walk or 10 min shuttle ride away. SaastalCard included (as part of tourist tax due on arrival).

My accommodation is close to family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location. Here in the Saas Valley, adults must pay CHF 10.5 and children between the ages of 6 and 16 must pay CHF 5.25 in summer. At this price, all buses in the valley and practically all mountain railways can be used free of charge. In winter, the tourist tax costs 7 Fr. for adults and children pay 3.75 Fr. In this price the ski bus is free in winter. Breakfast available on request.
