Holiday rentals with breakfast in Saas-Almagell

Paolo is a lovely host. The apartment is simple but clean and spacious and has everything you need. It is in a quiet area but only minutes from the railway station and the historic centre of town.

We loved our stay here in Courmayeur. The location to Via Roma shops and restaurants as well as to the cable car for skiing were perfect. It was super clean and functional, and we enjoyed both the indoor area and the outdoor patio. Surrounded by gorgeous mountains, the town and home were truly wonderful! Paola was very responsive and helpful!

This little place is just off the main area of stresa, which means it is in a quaint little suburb. The house feels just like home with Simona and Enrico leaving some goodies as required. The only thing is that it seemed that there was a little bit of a party at one of the locals houses, which kept my partner up and the church has a bell tower so no need to set an alarm! Otherwise was exactly what we needed!

Wonderful place. Xavier was super helpful host. Would stay here over and over again. 5 star chalet.

Der Empfang war großartig, wir haben leckere regionale Sachen zum Essen bekommen. Sehr fürsorglich, dass sogar an das Frühstück gedacht wurde. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Der Garten ist schön groß und umzäunt. Die Umgebung ist authentisch und schöne Wanderwege schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufen in 5 Minuten Fahrtzeit, das nächste größere Städtchen in 10 - 15 Minuten und Milano mit dem Zug günstig eine Stunde Fahrt. Wir hatten noch in keiner Unterkunft eine so gut ausgestattete Küche.

Nach dem Buchen wurden wir darüber informiert, dass der Whirlpool zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise nicht funktionieren wird. Doch die sehr liebe Gastgeberin hat wirklich mit ihrer besonders warmherzigen Art und Weise alles gegeben um dies zu kompensieren und uns den Aufenthalt zu versüßen, dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Generell war die Gegend ruhig, nur der Hund aus der Nachbarschaft war wirklich sehr viel am bellen dafür war das Bett wirklich sehr bequem. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je viens chez Geoffroi, je ne suis jamais déçu. Le logement est propre et très bien équipé. l'environnement est calme et paisible. je reviendrais sans hésitation.

Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt bei Luca in Ameno! Wir waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt, es war sehr schön für uns. Die Landschaft ist einfach atemberaubend , der Garten hat unsere Herzen höher schlagen lassen, überall gab es Ecken zum entspannen. Mit den Fahrrädern konnten wir die Gegend erkunden, Luca gab uns Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns, wobei wir den größten Teil unseres Aufenthalts draußen im Garten verbracht haben. Luca war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit offenen Armen in seinem Zuhause willkommen geheißen. Wir hätten es nicht besser haben können und kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder! Alles in allem perfekt, ich würde gerne mehr als 5 Sterne geben <3

Logement parfait ! nous avons passé un très bon séjour sur cette île qui se vide des touristes le soir. Le logement était d'une propreté impeccable, il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour cuisiner et se sentir bien. Nous recommandons cette location pour visiter le lac majeur car les ferrys sont réguliers et il est très pratique de se déplacer avec vers les autres points d'intérêt. Hôte réactif.

Nous avons été vraiment très bien accueillis par Peter, ses petit déjeuners -avec la brioche et les confitures faites maison - étaient délicieux, l’appartement est fonctionnel, les lits très confortables. A noter simplement qu’il n’y a pas de plaque de cuisson. C’était un super séjour, merci Peter !

Magnifique appartement: très lumineux , spacieux et bien agencé. Très bon service et suivi de Stefania avec des propositions de visites et des attentions à notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Beat’s apartment in the Alps was absolutely breathtaking! The view from the balcony over the mountains was amazing. The apartment was fully renovated and well stocked with everything you would need. Finishes were thoughtful and beautiful, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Charming breakfast buffet every morning with coffee and lots of food options. Wi-Fi did not really work while we were there, but we didn’t miss it since we were out site seeing and exploring all day.

This was my second stay with Hannelore and I hope to return for a third, which is perhaps review enough.. It's a beautiful and cozy guest room in a small, old village that's hard to describe with words alone. If you are looking for a quiet time, away from the crowds but near the mountains, you will find it here. Breakfasts were lovely Swiss affairs, complete with homemade breads and jams, and if the Wirsthaus is open for dinner while you're staying, I highly recommend dining there. A note on transportation: we managed (and enjoyed) coming and going via trains to Leuk and buses between there, Albinen and Leukerbad. All were timely and reliable.

Marlene ist eine außergewöhnliche Vermieterin. Super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll mit vielen liebevollen Details. Von der ersten Sekunde fühlt man sich wohl. Wir werden wieder kommen. Danke Marlene

Appartamento molto spazioso e attrezzato in una posizione bellissima. Grande giardino, comodo parcheggio. Pulitissimo moderno e accogliente. Elena la padrona di casa gentilissima e molto disponibile. Anche il cane dolcissima affettiosa e molto educata. Consigliatissimo

Alloggio accogliente e pulito; in un posto molto tranquillo, ma comodo per gli spostamenti. Piera è stata super ospitale e attenta. Nota di merito per l'ottima colazione. Consigliatissimo!

Hermosa habitación en una casa muy bonita. Es un placer despertarse y tener esa hermosa vista al salir al balcón. Amanda siempre estaba pendiente y fue muy amable en todo momento.

Wir haben einen Zwischenstopp in Maria Luisas Wohnung gemacht. Die Wohnung war absolut ausreichend für uns, sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Maria Luisa war stets erreichbar, aber nicht aufdringlich. Umliegend gibt es einige Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und der Strand ist auch direkt erreichbar. Der Blick vom kleinen Balkon auf den See ist hervorragend.

J’ai peu profité de l’appartement car j’étais beaucoup en extérieur. Mais j’ai beaucoup apprécié le chaleureux accueil, la chambre et la situation.

Staying at Maria’s bed-and-breakfast felt like five star hotel treatment. Her decor, art, fixtures, linens, etc. were all high-end. The terrace that we had for our private use was absolutely beautifully landscaped and had a lovely view over Montreux and Lake Geneva. Maria greeted us at the train station and had wine and snacks set out for us when we arrived. Her breakfast spread for the two of us was unreal. Fruits, cereals, eggs, homemade pastries, the works! Even though there was a language barrier, she had a very smooth translation process, and we were able to communicate perfectly. The proximity to the train station in old town Montreux were a bonus. If it’s available-book it! Thank you, Maria for your kindness, generosity, and comfortable accommodation.
