Welcome to Joutsan Joutiinen, a peaceful holiday village in the middle of nature! Step into the world of our renovated townhouse, which opens up to the delightful forested lake views of Puttolanselä. In the Swan Pond area, you can enjoy not only great outdoor terrain, but also a stunning, shallow sandy beach, a cozy barbecue area, as well as two tennis courts. Our studio is cozy and equipped with all the basic amenities. Thanks to the large windows, the beautiful landscape opens directly into the apartment.

The home meadow is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature in Kortepohja, next to the ski slopes and spa of Laajavuori. You can easily reach us by your own car or public transportation. The apartment is a modern studio on the second floor, and you'll find modern amenities, with a French balcony opening on the courtyard side. You'll sleep comfortably in a 160cm wide double bed, a 120cm wide sofa bed for an additional guest, including twin beds available. Close to jogging trails and a playground

This 21 m² cottage offers an intimate and atmospheric escape, the perfect environment to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the silence. The cottage has an efficiently used space, where guests have a comfortable kitchenette for daily cooking needs. The evening is crowned by an idyllic sauna, where you can admire the beautiful lake landscape and sunset in the warmth. The property is self-catering.

Villa Illinois

Lovely 66 square meter log cabin with a preserved cottage feel even though there is electricity and water. The cottage has a large atmospheric fireplace. There are lots of board games for rainy days. In the summer, the best part is swimming, rowing, the lake, the sunsets... In winter, the cottage has access to snowmobile trails, ice skiing, snowshoeing, sleds, sliders, etc. You can also see the northern lights from the cottage. Northern Lights are most visible in early autumn and spring.

A long and magnificent sandy beach, two tennis courts and extensive outdoor terrain with lean-tos relax every holidaymaker. Visit once, you'll love it forever.

Расположение коттеджа уникально тем, что с одной стороны вы чувствуете полную свободу и уединение, с другой стороны мы всегда рядом и готовы помочь и пообщаться, если у вас будет желание. And you can even see a pair of otters on the lake from the window. The nearby rapids offer beautiful views and spot a Beaver family in the area. A separate sauna building, which will be completed in 08/2025, will also offer a beautiful view of the lake. The cottage in a very beautiful location makes it easy to relax and enjoy good company.
