A winterized cottage with all the comforts on the lake shore. The cottage's upstairs and downstairs bedroom have double beds and the living room has a sofa that can be spread out to a double bed. The outbuilding has a wood-burning sauna and a sleeping loft with a double bed. (Bath barrel extra charge). Gas grill and wood-fired grill can be found in the yard and you can sit under the lean-to. Easy to get to by public transport. Skating rink in Vesankajärvi in winter and a sledding track. Disc golf course Vesala monttu 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Laajavuori 9 km.

The illuminated outdoor recreation area of Touruvuori is nearby, and there is a convenience store almost next door. Palokka shopping centre is 2 km away. A wide (LE) parking space for a car near the front door. Master bedroom: double bed 160 cm (can also be separated, see photo). Living room: sofa bed (for two, 140 cm). So, up to 4 people. The apartment is a quiet top-floor two-room apartment with spectacular views over the rooftops all the way to Harju, and on the courtyard side, which makes it particularly peaceful. The diverse services and sights of the city center are just a short walk away and also easy to get to by public transport. The convenience store K-Market Tapionkatu is 450m away. Tuomiojärvi beach is 650m away. There are several free parking places nearby and one parking area where you can park without a parking disc.

Meille pääset helposti omalla autolla tai julkisella liikenteellä. Asunto on toisen kerroksen uudehko yksiö ja löydät sieltä nykyaikaiset mukavuudet, ranskalainen parveke avautuu sisäpihan puolelle. Asunto kalustettu uusilla kalusteilla ja kahdella erillisellä vuoteella. Meillä viihdyt olitpa sitten työ tai lomamatkalla. Lähellä lenkkipolut ja leikkipuisto.

Kesäaikaan näet ikkunoista vehreitä vaahteroita ja pihatammen oksat, talvella taas läheisen Jyväsjärven jää siintää horisontissa. Majoittujana saat olla omassa rauhassa pienen talon (40m²) suojissa. Moottoritieltä pääset autolla muutamassa minuutissa kohteeseemme, meiltä on 3,5 km Jyväskylän keskustaan.

I'm renting my home in a quiet location. Nature and lake nearby. The housing association has started a façade renovation, which is good to note when considering renting. There is 1.5 km to the center and free parking space near the apartment. The entire 45-square-metre two-room apartment is available for use. In the kitchens you can prepare your meals and the living room and the bedroom are separate rooms and the full bathroom has a shower and laundry facilities.
