I am offering my 50 sqm apartment here. The apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Ayl with a view of the famous Ayler Kupp. Ayl has 1606 inhabitants and belongs to the municipality of Saarburg. Ayl is one of the most famous wine-growing locations on the Saar, located in Rhineland-Palatinate between Trier and Saarburg. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entrance is located on the far right side of the house. A family with a small child lives above the apartment, and a married couple lives next door.

The apartment is close to the old town (about 8 minutes walk), center of Saarburg and Lidl (about 12 minutes walk). The river Saar can be reached in about 5 minutes and chairlift to Warsberg in about 7 minutes on foot. Saarburg is located in the western part of the Saar-Hunsrück Nature Park and is one of a very popular holiday resort.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

The apartment is very centrally located close to restaurants, supermarkets and the confluence of Saar and Moselle. Comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. Box-spring bed 160 x 200 cm. Coffee & tea are free. There is a small kitchenette without a dishwasher and Extractor hood. Guests who value complete self-sufficiency even for short stays are better off with competitors. For long-term guests, that's not a problem. Perfect for couples and solo travelers.

Downtown is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located right in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

Unser Studio liegt ebenerdig, ist aber nur durch eine Treppe erreichbar (nicht barrierefrei).
