Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saar

Were there with family. 4 adults and 3 Children. The private property is magnificent. Especially when the weather is nice, you can just let it go in the garden and the quiet area. The house is sufficiently large. Even if it looks even bigger on the pictures. In the garden we would have liked a parasol very much. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen sufficiently equipped. A microwave would have been great with a toaster. Here you definitely have a great time with a great area We always started directly from the house. There are beautiful castle ruins. Above all, wax stone is great for climbing and with very steep stairs. A great adventure quite close. Thanks for the great time We would gladly come back...

Together with a good friend, we had fantastic days in Patrick's house. Patrick is easy and quick to communicate, came nicely in time to give instructions about the house and tips about the area. The house was also preheated and there was a nice homemade soup ready for us. That's super anyway! The house is really nicely refurbished, super cozy and equipped with every comfort. The stove in the middle of the room is a huge eye-catcher and gave a lot of extra atmosphere. There was enough wood so that was nice. The shower was of good quality. In terms of location, we moved a lot towards Bastogne, which is about a 20-minute drive away, to visit the museums that are grandly set up about the Second World War. A 2-minute drive from the house, there is a local supermarket where you can actually get everything. In short, a nice place and a great place to stay! Thank you Patrick for your hospitality, we'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Caroline's. The highlights for us were the many games for the children, the festive decoration, the warm wood fire, the positive energy of the house and the calm of the place. Caroline was exceptionally responsive and welcoming. We had an extremely pleasant vacation at Caroline's.

We had a great time at Yvonne and Pierre's cottage, who welcomed us very well. The cottage is beautiful and well-equipped, the garden beautiful and the surrounding mountain paths sublime. We will come back for a longer stay without hesitating!

Our stay with Marie was very pleasant. We were received in a very friendly manner and felt right at home. With the fireplace in the living room, you can set up a very cozy atmosphere in the living room and the kitchen is super equipped. The highlight was the terrace, where you can sit undisturbed. We explored the surroundings during a small walk. A beautiful area for hiking enthusiasts. In summary, we can say: We will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed very much, very nice holiday home and what was also nice, the restaurant Mouton within walking distance. We enjoyed the nicely decorated garden, as well as the house itself. Blissful beds and practical bathroom. Everything was also available in the kitchen to prepare a delicious meal. We also want to thank the friendly neighbor for all her help and kindness!

We had a lovely, uncomplicated stay. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by Yolande and were allowed to ring her bell at any time for further questions. The house is very cozy, especially the underfloor heating has invited us to make it very cozy. The only thing is, the house is very brightly audible, we had a baby with us and were therefore awake early but that is just the substance of the house and we do not want to note this as a flaw but only for groups with children. The rent is not very cheap but you really have everything you need in the house, it is very family-friendly, there are a lot of lovingly selected toys, we used it a lot. Thanks for the lovely short vacation!

We had the most wonderful stay at Michel’s apartment. It’s in a quiet area of the city surrounded by lovely buildings, shops and amenities. Walkable to all of the city’s sights and public transport. Michel made us feel at home at every part of our stay, recommended places to eat for dinner, brought us breakfast and was responsive to any questions or queries we had; made our time in the city even better than we expected. The best way to spend New Year. Thank you.

We had a great weekend with the family at Marion's, the accommodation was exactly what we expected, quiet, clean, renovated bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen, large dining room table (up to 10 people), large outdoor terrace, two parking spaces for our cars in front of our door, a delicious bakery 5 minutes walk away, very clear instructions. Thanks to Marion and Francine for your welcome.

We were warmly welcomed by Michael and Doreen. They responded immediately to any questions and made our stay very pleasant. We found the contact with them cozy and uncomplicated. The house was very clean and fully met our expectations after seeing the photos. We lacked nothing. Due to the peace and the good beds, we slept well. Keep in mind, however, that the first small shops are 6 kilometers away, the supermarket about 10 kilometers. For us that was no problem, it contributes to the overall relaxation, because you can do that in Michael and Doreen's cottage. We definitely haven't been here for the last time. Beautiful accommodation very well equipped, close to many hiking trails. It felt like home, thanks to Daniel and Carol for letting us enjoy their fireplace and all the equipment in their home.

We had an amazing and wonderful stay in Anna’s villa in St Diè. The location is absolutely wonderful and private, with a very well maintained private and covered swimming pool and a jacuzzi in a very large garden. The interior of the living room and kitchen is great. Huge sofa, lots of windows/glass doors and room for everyone and a balcony surrounding the luxury living room. When we encountered a little problem with the dishwasher, it was replaced with a new working one the very same day, to our surprise. Anna and her husband are available as soon as you need them and reply very fast, while they are very respectful of the privacy one would like on a holiday. This beautiful house, with all the luxurious advantages, gave our holiday much more than we expect. The location is amazing, with the most beautiful places within driving-distance. We would most definitely recommend to stay in Anna’s Villa and book this beautiful house as soon as you can. It will add so much to your stay.

Beautiful home and very spacious. We went by with 5 adults and 4 children. The sauna and hot tub are an added value for young and old. A word of explanation about the operation of the hot tub as the warm-up time would have been helpful. We had a nice stay.

Everything was as described, in a peaceful and private environment with a polite hostess and all the listed amenities. Calming and relaxing experience. I highly recommended it and would definitely revisit it in the future! A great bonus for us was that pets were allowed and had a great time as well.

Huge house in the countryside with modern comforts. The rooms are spacious. A big plus: the relaxing setting, the large lot with the very pleasant terrace, our dog was happy to be able to run safely. The living room table turns into a pool table! Communication with Pauline was easy

Stayed at Fritz' for 3 nights for my birthday. He was super welcoming and even provided us with a lovely selection of breakfast foods, tea and coffee which we weren't expecting. The apartment was super clean and just like the photos. 5-10 minutes walk from Freiburg train station over the river. The best bit was it was it surrounded by beautiful trees and he pointed out the herons nesting in the tree opposite the apartment. Spent lovely evenings watching bats fly on the terrace. Would highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable and everything as described. Every guest had space , the kitchen was well equipped and kids enjoyed playing in the garden and with the toys. The host was responsive and kept checking whether we were fine and everything was in order.

We were a larger group with children in the accommodation. The house really has a lot to offer. The furniture may not be modern anymore but in very good condition and above all very clean! The additional kitchen in the lower area was also helpful. The garden with trampoline and swing was a highlight for the kids. We were understandably unable to use the pool due to the season. Regarding the rooms, maybe a note. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room to another bedroom. We thank you Jean-François for the great stay and that you were always very easily accessible. We will be happy to come back.
