Ein Badeweiher ist in 30 Minuten zu erwandern und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern mit Sauna und Bad im 1. Stock und einer Essküche und Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum Garten im Erdgeschoss.

In the heart of the Wine Route, at the foot of the Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, the Volerie des Aigles and the Montagne des Singes, the Petite Grange is ideally located between Strasbourg (45') and Colmar (20'). This will allow you to discover the history, traditions and especially the gastronomy of our beautiful Alsace. In addition, Europa Park is easily accessible. Come and discover a small Alsatian house that has been completely refurbished.

Cottage at the foot of the vines: Le Nid

Our cottages are located at the foot of the vines, not overlooked. 300 meters from a bus stop and close to the center of the village. Close to Colmar (2.4 km), Eguisheim (1 km) and typical villages of Alsace. This cottage is a new construction (2024) and has a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room with sofa bed and a bedroom, terrace, parking and a large orchard. We have a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna.

Charming duplex townhouse of 46 m2 renovated by architect, located close to the train station and the city center in an inner courtyard with a separate entrance. Suitable for short or long stays, the accommodation is cozy and comfortable. Close to all amenities, in a dynamic neighborhood. Restaurants, bars, museums, cinemas, markets, shops, tram, hyper centre and Petite France within 5 min walk.

Bright, friendly terraced house with direct exit to the garden (cannot be seen in the photos yet, as new). The house is on two floors: kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower/toilet are located on the first floor, the three bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The house has a free parking space.

Our cottage is ideal as a starting point for hikes and as a vacation home for families with one to two children. The balcony and spacious living room offer plenty of light and panoramic views over the valley. The overgrown garden is almost adjacent to the edge of the forest, and the nearest hiking trail is less than a hundred meters away.
