Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. In our historic half-timbered house, you can expect the warmth of old plank floors and the coziness of antique furniture as well as modern comfort. The small separate garden offers space to relax and for the children to play. We are happy to advise you on excursions, hikes and bike tours.

A fully automatic washer-dryer will be purchased for the next rental of 1 month or longer.

The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you can use in the summer by arrangement.

Our 78 sqm holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the Two-family house. It has two rooms and a spacious storage room. The apartment is modern and cozy. A crib is available. Bicycles can be safely parked in the spacious hallway. Beside the house is a carport that can be used. The fenced large sunbathing area with barbecue area and seating is located on the property behind the house.

In the middle of the Thuringian Highlands Nature Park, on the foothills of the Thuringian Forest, the dammed Saale meanders here for a length of 28 km to the dam in Gräfenwarth. Perfect for boating, fishing, standup paddling, swimming, hiking and cycling.
