Various shopping facilities are in the village – including Supermarket, bakery and pharmacy. The train station is 1.5 km from the house.

The 80 sqm apartment has partly self-designed furniture, which was manufactured by the in-house company. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.
