The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Unsere Landvilla ist ein denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert und wurde mit viel Liebe renoviert. Es liegt im malerischen Königsberg, umgeben von Fachwerkhäusern und Weinbergen . In unserem Garten lässt sich herrlich entspannen, morgens wunderbar frühstücken, abends zusammen sitzen und den feinen Wein der Region verkosten. Der Rosengarten lebt von einer provenzalischen Ausstrahlung. Das Anwesen war ehemals Wohnsitz der Chemikerin und Industriellen Dr. Auguste Kirchner.
