Holiday rentals with beach access in Saale-Orla-Kreis

I booked the apartment over a weekend and it was a very nice stay. Dennis provided detailed information on arrival and check-in before arrival. Communication with him was excellent, he responded super quickly to questions. The accommodation is very well located, the beach is quickly accessible on foot. Everything is as described in the listing and as shown in the pictures. Perfect for a short stay, I would book it again at any time. Thanks to the host :)

An all-round great AirBnB! Fantastic location just a few minutes from the lake. The apartment and especially the huge garden (which can also be used) is very nice and was still big enough for four people with a dog. Since it is a 1-room apartment, you should have no problem sleeping in the same room. The landlords are very nice and pleasant. We had a great stay.

We (parents + four-year-old child) spent an extended weekend in Melanie's apartment. Totally beautiful and tastefully decorated with lots of useful appliances & accessories: we felt right at home and enjoyed the time very much. We liked it very much and we will definitely be back.

I stayed there for a week while attending training at Zeiss. It’s a great little apartment—modern and fairly new—but best suited for one or two people. The location is excellent, close to the city center and various facilities. I’d definitely stay here again for my next training.

Good quality amenities. Very central location in Markranstädt. Everything within walking distance. In Leipzig city centre in 20 minutes. The train station was also within walking distance. Kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped, we lacked nothing. Although in the middle of the city, the apartment is very quiet. There are plenty of parking options.

The apartment is super close to the water and you have a beautiful view of the lake. In general, the environment is incredibly beautiful and quiet. Micha and Lenka were very friendly and often helped us or gave us tips. Everything was as specified. The use of the paddle boards in particular was very cool and a nice offer. Overall, a very good accommodation, the only drawback was the very soft mattresses, which can be uncomfortable for people with back problems. We would definitely come back! :)

Nice secluded location, perfect for a getaway from the city. Host was quick to respond, and the apartment is well stocked.

Great place to stay - still unobstructed view. Beds creak with every movement but otherwise great.

Jiri was always very helpful when we had questions, he immediately answered and helped us. We were able to check in earlier and he also gave us the freedom to choose when we wanted to check out. We were completely satisfied, a very nice house with a great garden for the dogs and right on the lake. That wasn't our last visit! :)

A little paradise by the water! Our stay was simply fantastic. Sybille is a wonderful host – warm, helpful and always quickly accessible. From the beginning, we felt like we were after 3 weeks of holiday ;) When we arrived, we could hardly believe our eyes: the house is really right on the water! Looking out over the lake in the morning from bed and starting the day with this tranquility – that was pure luxury. The location is hard to beat: absolutely idyllic and yet close to everything you need. A bike path runs right outside the door, perfect for road cycling.
There are restaurants right by the lake within walking distance – and a fish sandwich stand that we already miss. Well-equipped house directly on the lake with a large bathtub, great kitchen & garden. Ideal for nature lovers & families. Between Markkleeberg & Cospudener See, Leipzig can be reached quickly by train. Clean, quiet & inexpensive – an absolute insider tip! We will definitely be back! Thank You!

We spent a few days in the cottage on the lake and felt very comfortable. The house offers a lot of space, very stylishly furnished and also suitable for families. The lake is absolutely fantastic and we will definitely come back again in summer. But our highlight was the sauna. We can recommend a stay at Lake Geiseltal and in the cottage to anyone.

Everything was amazing and exactly as described. Beautiful place, gorgeous views, private access to the water and absolutely tranquil. A bit hard to find. Amazing place, particular during summer time -warm weather. Loved every minute.

Communication with the host was very good. The house had everything you needed. Everything was very cozy and clean. The large terrace with direct views of the lake was great. For cold days, there is also a fireplace in the living room and in the boathouse. The surroundings are wonderfully green and provide the necessary relaxation. The sauna is very spacious and heats up quickly. There are private parking spaces directly at the house.

Our stay was just perfect! The house impresses with its beautiful location and modern, thoughtful amenities. When we arrived, everything was sparkling clean, so we immediately felt at home. Communication was always quick and seamless, and all questions were answered promptly. An all-round successful stay – we will be happy to come back and look forward to next time at the Geiseltalsee!

We felt super comfortable in the apartment. Everything clean and fine. You can only be deterred by the first impression. The house as such is not great on the first impression, but the apartment is super renovated. Very positive, you can walk within 2 minutes to the market of Mücheln and within 10 minutes to the marina.

Our stay also had business reasons, so the proximity to the city center was important to us. The apartment is also a great starting point for walks by the water and motorized excursions in the area.

Great location to explore the Leipzig lakes. Access and apartment itself super equipped, modernly furnished to feel comfortable.
