Villa Gaia 15 minutes from the center of Tampere!

Beautifully well-equipped Villa for 16 people: Close to services - great along the transportation routes and yet wonderfully in your own peace! Suitable for families, friends and businesses All services within a radius of less than 1 km, including Lempäälä train station, from where you can take the train to Tampere and, for example, to the Nokia Arena in 11 minutes! The villa has, for example, a kitchen and dining room with a view of the lake, a large outdoor hot tub, and a lakeside sauna that floats on the water. Read more about the equipment below!

Small cute cottage

Right by the water, a small, pretty, modest cottage, beach in the south/west direction. Shallow beach, swimming is only accessible from the pier. Slope plot, not for the disabled. In the same yard, there is a lean-to, an outdoor toilet and the main house where the tenant lives. The yard is fenced, a separate fence separates the main house and other buildings. Two Finnish Lapphunds are outdoors in the main house enclosure during the day and a cat moves around the yard. For this reason, pet guests must always be agreed upon separately.

Villa Mylly in Näsijärvi

At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. The destination can also be reached by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The beach sauna is available for an additional fee (25€). The hot tub (which is also available for an additional fee of €25) is available during the summer (1.5-30.9).

Cottage by the lake

This atmospheric 2-person beach cottage is for you, who appreciate the tranquility of the countryside, the proximity of nature and the leisurely moments by the water. The cottage is located on a beautiful, rocky lakeside plot, in the courtyard of the main building, which is in use all year round. Access to the beach is via stairs or, alternatively, a more gentle path. The cottage rental includes linen, towels and tablecloths. The nearest shop and pharmacy can be found in Kylmäkoski, just 4.5 km away.

Log cabin by the lake

From Helsinki-Vantaa Airport by train to the lake shore? Log cabin on a beautiful detached house plot. Possibility to swim, rent a wood-fired sauna, kayak (2pcs), sup board (2pcs) and rowing boat. The lake and the adjacent rapids area are popular with fishermen. The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7km.

Valoisa 32 neliön yksiö keskustassa kävelymatkan päässä palveluista, kanavanrannan lenkiltä ja bussiyhteyksistä. Taloyhtiö on uusi ja asunnossa mm. sänky, vuodevaatteet ja keittiökalusteet ovat uusia. Asunnossa on 160cm leveä parisänky ja 150cm leveä vuodesohva. Vuodesohva on hyvä yhdelle aikuiselle tai kahdelle lapselle. Asunto on siis hyvä 3 aikuiselle tai 2 aik. ja 2 lasta. Asunto on täysin kalustettu sis. tiskikone, pesukone, imuri, keittiötarvikkeet ruuan laittoon, TV, valokuitu WiFi.

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.

Viihtyisä pieni talo maatilalla päätalon vieressä. Oma aidattu piha, jossa lasten ja lemmikkien on turvallista ulkoilla. Maatila sijaitsee päättyvän tien päässä, ei julkista liikennettä. Tule nauttimaan luonnon rauhasta peltojen ja metsien keskelle ja seuraamaan maatilan elämää.
