One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the last floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Great apartment with lots of privacy on the first floor of a detached house. You are very welcome to share the beautiful garden for relaxing, sunbathing or barbecuing. The integrated kitchen provides a maximum of autonomy. The bathroom is very spacious and disposes a washing machine. In the sleeping room 2 people can spend the night comfortably in the double bed. In the kitchen/living room, there is located an additional pull-out sofa for 2 more people/children for staying overnight.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 years old log house, which was demolished in 2008 in the neighboring village and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Special care was taken with regard to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, waste wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cosy little house (75m²) served us for 10 years as a residence.

A nest to feel good

They live on the first floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet, on the upper floor there is also a bath tub waiting for you. The balconies have a south-west orientation for a magnificent view and lots of sunshine. A parquet floor creates a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Sweden stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
