Dream home in the woods (Sister lakes area)

We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Cheery, clean and cozy 1 bedroom in downtown Ypsi

Newly renovated, fully furnished private unit in the 1920s home where I live with my two boys and a retired racing greyhound. You will hear us pattering about! I also operate a small letterpress studio in the home. The unit features a large bedroom, a modern kitchen and bath, and a small nook set up for bar-style dining or as a sweet little office. Located in downtown Ypsilanti, it is close to restaurants, bars, parks, and just two blocks from the bus station for an easy commute to Ann Arbor.

Semiprivate guest bathroom upstairs (semi private, it is shared mostly overnight by homeowners). Access to kitchen for meal prep, main floor areas, front porch, and back patio area. 5 minute drive to the heart of Downtown Ypsilanti/20 min to Ann Arbor. 1 pet-healthy and loving cat named Hakeem-pictured in listing. Hakeem does not have access to Airbnb room.

Scholars Room by the Big House

This room is great for visiting scholars. It has a dresser and a large desk to work on. The windows face north and west so you don't get any strong morning light. This is my 2nd AirBnB room, my other room in the same house has great reviews, check them out. There are also one very friendly dog and occasionally a dog visitor who stays with us. Street parking is available just around the corner from the house, feel free to use driveway to unload when you get here to check in.

Located near bus route and major arteries. Discounts are given for week and month stays.

Beautiful Luxury Loft - Heart of Depot Town

This light filled loft has all the luxury feel of a Downtown Chicago loft with 12 foot ceilings, large windows and exposed brick! You will enjoy cooking in the brand new kitchen and cleanup is easy with a full sized dishwasher! Just steps from Hyperion Coffee, Sidetrack, Aubree’s pizza and so many other great spots! This loft is a brand new space set in a historic building that was originally a hotel in 1839, then barracks used for the civil war in 1862. Amazing history!

Peaceful, private and centrally-located two bedroom apartment within a 5 minute walk to Depot Town in Ypsilanti. Restaurants, bars and coffee shop are within walking distance. Close to major highways, DTW, EMU and UofM. The apartment is the entire second floor of a two-story home. There is a private entrance and plenty of street parking is available. There is not a formal kitchen in the unit. Key code will be provided the morning of check-in.
