Both Eric and his Wife were very sweet and had great hospitality. I was in town and was originally book at a hotel which turned out to be a dump. Literally within 1 hour after checking out the hotel , I was booked and had all the information that I need to go over to Eric’s place. At first my husband was disappointed to see that it was actually attached to the house but in the end it didn’t make a difference. We had complete privacy. We had our own entrance which allowed us to come and go as we pleased. Eric and his family were great neighbors. They would always speak to us in passing and asked if we needed anything . We stayed for week and felt very cozy and comfortable. The fridge allowed us to do light grocery shopping and the cooktop/microwave/countertop oven helped us to make light breakfast and lunches. I would definitely be referring guest to stay there

Great value for a basic no frills stay near Fort Lauderdale. The carpeting had issues with stains but the place was clean overall. Host was quick to respond. Highly recommend Chelly’s for Authentic Jamaican food right around the corner.

My second stay at Sandra's nice room. Perfect for sleep when you want next day to Fort Lauderdale Airport or you want visit the nice canals at Fort Lauderdale. In the near also the new Hard Rock Casino with an amazing view. The bed are comfortable, all clean and Sandra are so lovely. I missed the Tea at morning and the conversation. Thanks.

II was very well received by Sandra. Her husband and son were very cordial as well. The room is very cute, air conditioned, safe and quiet. I liked the neighborhood too, I was able to go to the market walking and also take walks with my little dog, safely.

It’s a great place to stay! Very comfortable. Bedroom door locks and you have a private bathroom. Best of all, there is Rio the schnauzer! Andres and his wife are very welcoming and communicate directly and quickly. Couldn’t ask for anything else!

This is a very cozy, quiet unit in a very comfortable, suburban, family neighborhood. There is any kind of shopping and/or place to eat within a stones throw. I stayed during “the lockdown” and the gentleman at the property who greeted me, very kindly gave me some gloves to comply with the local regulations.

Amazing place

This place was exactly as it is described and perfect for my stay. Since it has a private entrance, it doesn't even feel like it's part of another house. It was very clean and comfortable. Karla checked in with me to make sure I have everything I need, and she responded very quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in South Florida.

Laura is very thoughtful and her house is very nice and I loved her dogs...

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere.

It’s very easy to see why L’aura is rated as a Super Host... because she simply is a “Super-Host”!!! She was great from the beginning to the end, offering tips, advice and even encouraging me to start painting again. If you are a dog person, this is the place for you! Her 5 lovable pooches will have you entertained and it will be hard to choose a favorite (Quix loved my toes). Beyond all of that her house is super stylish, very comfortable and close to the Sawgrass area. I hope to be back sometime soon.

Laura is an amazing host who will definitely make you enjoy your stay. Laura's home is incredibly beautiful and tidy. The dogs are lovely, too! We liked that there were other guests, too, but everybody had their own privacy. We ended up staying longer than we first planned, as we liked the place and Laura so much. Would love to come back here some day!

Fabulous and alluring. Michelle and Weston were fantastic hosts and were very kind and jovial. I would love to stay here again next time I am in Florida. Everything was tidy and clean, the backyard is beautiful and even has a fireplace. The living room is stunning and the artwork around the house is majestic. I was excited to go swimming in the pool that is listed in the post as “shared/private” Unfortunately there is no pool here. Of course it wasn’t a dealbreaker, just and inaccuracy of the listing. I’m sure Weston and Michelle will correct this promptly. Anyway, thanks for having us. You guys are amazing. ❤️

Beautiful home Very quaint and peaceful

Great little room in the Pembroke Pines area. You will be sharing the living spaces and bathroom with the homeowners and other guests so do not be surprised! The room was very clean and the tv with a firestick and Netflix was a plus. Bed was comfortable. My room didn’t haven’t a lock on it and when I mentioned my concerns, they bought me a lock and installed it within a day. I very much appreciated their quick response and thoughtfulness! You should know that they have a dog in the house who is not seen as he is kept away from guests but can sometimes be heard. My first night he was quite loud. Overall, would highly recommend and stay again!

This place is just like the picture . I like that it is private away from there area. I didn’t encounter any other people. There is parking for cars and she also gives a toothbrush , towels , wash cloth and hand towel which I liked. The bathroom was very clean as well as the room was clean. The bed was more comfortable then my bed at home. I really liked the stay and I will def be re booking room #1 it was so comfy.

Renae and the entire staff strive to maintain the utmost peaceful environment for all the guests. Their efforts are seem less. The place is an artist’s paradise. You can not go wrong. ❤️🙏

i had a water problem in my home so i needed a place ASAP and i am so glad to have found this room. Now i have rented private rooms before and this was nothing like any other i have been in, it was so amazing i felt like i was in a hotel room for half the price of what you would pay at a hotel. it was really quiet for my week stay i never had to wait for the restroom and i also got to take my time. the area is very quiet and there was always parking right in front of the house. i can’t name one thing that would make this place better because it was just that great. definitely will be returning

1st off i would like to say Thank You for opening up your beautiful home to share with people during this time in a crisis. The home was spot on with what the pictures showed.. Enough to fit 2 people comfortably. Very very cozy, tall ceilings and very clean. I also appreciate the small details & notes that were in places to help with the stay. Kelly has everything you need from personal products to beach products to assist with your stay. Gated community with my own passcode to enter the gate. Very beautiful courtyard w/pool. This stay was awesome and if visited my hometown soo. I will use again. Thank you again!!-🌹

Nice location to launch in and around the Miami area!

Everything was exactly as described, as others have mentioned. Very worthwhile for the price point. It was a perfect space for two of us. We were getting away from winter weather and celebrating our first wedding anniversary and Kelly and Joe left us a card and a bottle of wine. Lovely touch! We were very happy to find that when we arrived, especially after a flight delay! The pool house has lovely little touches that make it feel lived-in compared to some other Airbnbs I've stayed in. Sitting by the pool is so relaxing. Kelly and Joe were both very friendly and Kelly was super accessible but they also give you your space and let you be. We felt like we had our own private pool for a week. Note that you will be staying off the beaten path from FLL or Miami but we easily go to both places via Uber for about $40 each way. Cheaper than a car rental and parking, for sure. Highly recommend this cozy, charming pool house!

Unfortunately I got food poising at the start of my trip, but Kelly’s place was so homey I was able to relax in peace and try to get better. Having the poolside for my fiancé to relax was a plus so he wasn’t couped up inside with me. Location was absolutely perfect, she even sent me texts to check on us and it felt very nice. Thank you Kelly for a great experience! I hope u enjoy ur amazing weather cause I have to wait till June for that heat here in Chicago! Lol

Very nice place, got what you see in the listing. I liked the gated community, very safe. Kelly was very friendly and helpful. Two slight negatives; no micro and chairs are a bit uncomfortable.

Kelly's place was exactly as described in her overview and in photos, and check in was flawless. The space was clean and the bed was very comfortable with beautiful design and touches throughout. My husband enjoyed sitting outside near the pool. In addition to the beautiful space, Kelly was very helpful with suggestions to my husband and I about the area and places to visit. She was always very responsive. The location was quiet and safe with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We felt quite at home. We would stay again if ever we return to the area.

I had a nice stay at Kelly's place. Check in was easy. It is in a gated community in the wonderful city of Pembroke Pines. You'll feel safe there. The WiFi worked great and the TV had a Roku that allowed me to access my streaming apps. It was comfy, clean and quiet. I'd stay here again.

Weston was the Ultimate host! The place was very clean, comfortable and friendly. They had a very relaxing atmosphere and clean comfy bed with personal touches that made me feel amongst family. We stayed in the king bed bedroom. Very comfortable bed. We just stayed one night in between coming back from cruise and catching flight home. Close to a lot. Check out Sonny’s Famous Steak Hoagies- just a mile away!

Rene was a great host. The apartment is safe with a gated courtyard for residents. The location is walking distance to the mall, Target, and restaurants.

Very wonderful experience. The space was clean, quiet, and private. I felt so comfortable. The only downside was the location as it was a bit far from the area I was visiting and the bus stops but I knew that when booking! Lots of space to park and a large backyard. The host and stay were both wonderful.

This place was way better than I expected. Stayed here for a couple of days and I absolutely loved it. Clean space with all the things a traveller would need. Edgar is a very good host. He meets you at the beginning and then texts you occasionally to make sure that everything is going well. He gives you privacy and is very quiet. The space has a private entrance and is very nice. Everything is new and very clean. We also could use his pool and the gate to go in was right outside our door. We felt very safe walking down to a small park and we found two restaurants at a strip mall close enough to walk to. It was very close to NSU and so many other things. We highly recommend Edgar’s place!

Very comfortable for one or two people. They provide coffee, tea and bread with spread for breakfast, very convenient! Also, they are very thoughtful cause they provide soap, shampoo, conditioner and a brand new toothbrush. The unit also has a blow dryer and hand and full size towels. I would come back without any hesitation. Thank you very much!

Rockilee place is as described and the place is very clean. She has both Gold and Platinum stays which ever room you found yourself, you would be pleased. I love cleanliness so she match the description of that. She's also friendly and kind hearted, she made me feel at home,she's like family. She have sense of humor, my goodness Ms. Rockilee makes me laugh and l love chatting with her during my stay. She has a little friendly dog that l love aswell.
