The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

A bright, relaxed family home in West Wittering village, a short walk from the famous sandy beach and the village pub. Suits an extended family group or 2 small families sharing. The amazing living space includes a large modern kitchen/family room, separate TV room and a large playroom with table tennis, pool table and lots of toys. A large garden surrounds the house and includes a shady eating area, a lovely south-facing sun deck, an hot shower, a fire pit and a play area with zip wire/ slide.

Sunny, stylish two roomed self contained garden annexe with king size bed. Located along a peaceful lane 3 minutes walk from West Wittering village with its pub and village shops and a 15 minute walk to the Beach and East Head. A local bus to Chichester runs every 30 minutes. We provide an air fryer, single induction portable hob, microwave oven/grill and a Nespresso machine. Complimentary filter coffee and tea is provided. I am sorry but this accommodation is not suitable for children.

Lovely self-contained, light, airy and large (30m2) room just a 1 min walk from the beach. With a king size bed, sofa, basic kitchenette, dining table, a separate bathroom (bath/shower) and a private decked area, there is a lot of space. We welcome small & medium sized well behaved dogs. Own entrance &private parking, you can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard.

A pretty cabin sitting in our private garden, light & airy but also cosy. There is a double bed, kitchen sink, ensuite shower room, Towels also included is a kettle, Microwave, toaster, mini fridge, iron & board, hair dryer, TV, Dab radio, air conditioning, floor standing fan, electric fire. And use of bikes (at users own risk) There are shops, bars & restaurants up in the village.We also supply milk tea sugar coffee and Croissants, orange juice on arrival.

Late 18th Century cottage 250m from the sea

Built in the late 18th Century, Tamarisk Cottage was built as a 'two-up, two-down' home for farm workers and is one of only a few original cottages left in East Wittering. It was extended in the 1970s, completely renovated in late 2021 but it retains many original features. It is in the heart of the village in Shore Road with all the shops and cafes but only 250m from the beach. The modern extension leads out to the large, private sunny cottage garden.
