Come and enjoy the hot tub, 3-season veranda, rooftop terrace or a good fire in the wood stove or outdoor fireplace. Water access within walking distance, on a dock in Fitch Bay (overlooking Lac Memphrémagog). Note that this is not a beach, and it is not possible to swim near the dock.
