The spacious apartment has approx. 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house close to the famous Passau Triple River Corner directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet, only the living room has a window to a schoolyard in which students occasionally noise. Equipment, the pretty balcony, the almost immediate location at the inn and the complete equipment (spices and other kitchen utensils, also shower gel etc) You can leave the car on the parking lot and on the walking and cycling path in 10 min. walk to the city center.
