The residence was built before 1900, is located 700m from the center of Voutas village and is renovated -loft with ondas (traditional living room) -large terrace with sitting area -living room with two seating areas and a table -built-in kitchen -double bed in the ondas (140) -large garden with a view of Hasi Mountain -shared cistern with water from a natural spring

Spitia Katoi

Our traditional stone houses Spitia are located at the settlement of Tsaliana, 5km from Paleochora. Katoi, the lower house, features one bedroom and can host 4 guests in total. It is equippped with Starlink satellite internet. Spitia form an inspirational environment for the setting of a magical holiday, ideal to bond with your loved ones, spend time together and enjoy some stress free time. Wake up to pure silence, take a deep breath of fresh air and feel yourself becoming one with nature!

Chalaros House

Chalaros house is located in a peaceful environment with wonderful panoramic view to the western sea and the sunset from all places of the house. Our guests can enjoy the starry sky in the private outdoor jacuzzi. Chalaros house is made with passion for those who love hearing the sound of the sea and watching the colors of the sunset. Located just 300 meters from the sea, very close to the famous Elafonisi (13km), Falassarna (30km) and Mpalos(40km) beaches.

The apartment Anaxagoras consists of an open-plan residential complex and is characterized by an imposing original Venetian arch, which separates the kitchen and living area from sleeping. It has direct access to your (private) garden with barbecue and large dining table with sea view. Everything has been renovated with lots of love for the traditional details in 2017. Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
