Living room equipped with a large comfortable sofa bed, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Fully-equipped kitchen. Mezzanine bedroom with 160 x 200 bed. Bathroom with shower and bathtub overlooking the garden. Equipped for families and children.

Enjoy the full spa experience: train on the elliptical, swim in the indoor pool, relax in the hot tub and end with a sauna. The house will be at your entire disposal. The house can accommodate 6 adults and four children comfortably.

We welcome you to our beautiful paradise of flowers, our haven of peace awaits you. 2 room accommodation, one sink and 2 very comfortable beds that are brought together for couples , the other living room and kitchenette with 2 beds including a pull-out bed that makes a very comfortable sofa. A separate shower, a separate toilet.

The Ô Lunain gîte, a 40 m2 house located in Nonville, a village in the Lunain Valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Vue sur la rivière, les prés et les arbres, dans un environnement particulièrement calme. A 10 km de la gare ferroviaire qui rejoint Paris en 1 heure (5 € le trajet aller/retour Paris) Parking privé clos. Très jolis chemins de randonnées alentour. Ce loft n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).

A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

Located in a listed village, the house offers a magnificent garden where the meanders of the stream will lead you to a long shaded pond at the end of which you will discover the intimacy of an old wash house. The honey-coloured house is a cocoon of comfort with its wood-burning stove. The three bedrooms with exposed beams encourage rest.
