Winegrower's house, a true haven of peace, located in the charming village of Villeneuve Minervois where you will find all amenities. Very bright and comfortable, it consists of: ground floor garage, cellar, small garden. On the 1st floor, equipped kitchen in living room, large living room (with sofa bed), bathroom with toilet, large double bedroom with 160 cm bed plus bunk beds for children. On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with double bed 140 cm, 1 bedroom with single bed, bathroom with toilet.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Vine gîte on Domaine de la Matte a peaceful farm just 15 mins drive to Carcassonne. The gîte has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. A bathroom room with shower, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, living room and outside private terrace. Breakfast and dinner is optional (table d'hôtes). The domaine has 18 hectors with farm animals and forest. There is a playground with swings, trampoline etc. The swimming pool is open from 23 June to 20 September.
