The Nest Lavaux

The Nest is a 45m2 apartment with private access, occupying its own floor in a beautifully renovated former vigneron's home. Straddling the communes of St. Saphorin and Chardonne, the property was completely renovated in 2025. Situated within the vineyards of the Lavaux region, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Nest offers stunning views of Lake Geneva and the Alps. Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or an action-packed adventure, the region has everything for an unforgettable vacation.

Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Venez vous ressourser au cœur de la Vallée Verte à 960 mètres d'altitude. A 5 mn de la station de ski les Habères, cinéma, commerces, et randonnées au départ du chalet. Thonon, Evian, Genève, Annecy, Chamonix, à moins d' une heure de voiture. Le logement : En rez de jardin et refait à neuf en 2023. Il se compose d'une cuisine, une salle de bains, et d'une grande chambre avec un petit canapé. Terrasse et piscine 4×7 à disposition l'été. Pour information des chats circulent dans le jardin.

Numerous hiking trails, 10 minutes from the Brasses and Hirmentaz alpine ski resorts, less than an hour from Grand Domaines, 10 minutes from the Fond Plaine Joux and Col des Moises ski resorts. 35 minutes from Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains, Evian-les-Bains, and 45 minutes from Annecy and Geneva.

The Chery Chalet TEKA apartment is located in the center of the village with immediate proximity to shops and is at the foot of the slopes with direct access to the start of the ski lifts (you can't be any closer to your playground!) The apartment is located above the Intersport store where you can enjoy the purchase service and the ski and mountain bike rental service and 3 meters from the "Chavannes" cable car which allows you to access the ski area.

In the heart of a small hamlet with typical charm, you will enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. Ideal starting point for hiking, biking, skiing (resorts less than 20 minutes away), or getaways to Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva (1 hour) or Lake Geneva (40 minutes). We live on site and will be happy to share our tips!

Apartment between the Alps and Lake Geneva

Apartment for 2 to 5 people with balcony, view of the Brasses mountain range, located in a village perched at an altitude of 960 m. Surface area of 70 m². The apartment is located in the Alpine foothills, 45 minutes from Geneva and 30 minutes from Lake Geneva. In winter, your stay will allow you to enjoy downhill or cross-country skiing. In the summer, you can go hiking or discover various other mountain and/or water sports.

Notre villa est située à 20 min en voiture de Genève dans un village bucolique. Elle a été construite en 2020 et bénéficie de toutes les commodités modernes dont vous souhaitez profiter de nos jours. Elle peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains, un sauna, un jacuzzi avec vue sur le Mont-Blanc et un jardin et terrasse très agréable avec pergola et barbecue.

La Villa Mady se trouve à Saint-Jorioz, sur les rives du lac d’Annecy. Destination parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Grand terrain arboré. Piscine. Plage à 1km. Centre ville tous commerces à 500m à pied. Stations de ski à 30min, y compris activités d’été. Emplacement privilégié et vue panoramique. Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille.

Quiet & Family chalet, in medium mountain

This detached chalet (70 m²) is very comfortable for 4 people (it can accommodate up to 5 people). It is cozy and mountain style, in absolute calm. The terrace to the West dominates the valley and allows a real immersion in the middle mountains. Many walks from the chalet and magnificent hikes within a radius of 1/2 hour. The mountain is our garden!
