The studio and the entire property are entirely non-smoking. Our cottage is located on the side of the road, but it is not very busy because we are at the end of the town. Direct access to the Dérêches sports park (swimming pool, tennis courts, equestrian center, health course, Palais des Congrès course, ice rink, adventure course, etc.) For mountain biking or walking, the Super Morzine gondola is 200 meters from the accommodation. Ideally located in the center of the village, all shops, bars and restaurants are accessible without a vehicle. A private uncovered parking space is available.
