Nestled in the green of the beautiful and charming plateau of Campotenese , the natural gateway to the Pollino National Park, 1 km from the motorway junction, on provincial road SP 241 ; the house is cozy and comfortable, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen available to guests, a bathroom and a large outdoor green area that also serves as parking. It is the ideal place for total relaxation in contact with unspoilt nature.

Ground floor solution, about 45 square meters, inserted inside the “La Meridiana” structure which consists of a villa consisting of four apartments, with courtyard and fenced parking space. The villa, with 4 beds, consists of a living room/kitchen with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a front and back terrace, and a fenced parking space. It is about 200 meters from the sea (2/3 minute walk), very central and well served.
