Blue Villa Barcelona...

It is associated with physical energy, sports, the sun, the sea, modernism and technological development. It is associated with qualities such as trust, friendship, sympathy and fidelity. For this reason, blue is our color and the essence of our name. Swing in a hammock with views of nothing but deep blue sky and the Mediterranean. Take a dip in a glassy pool, exercise in an outdoor gym, and refresh under twin showers. Relax in a living room with double-height windows where moonlight comes in. The house is in a famous suburb with private security guards, 10min away from Barcelona, known for being the residence of famous FC Barcelona players. The house itself is 400sq m, and 1,200 garden. It is all made of glass, with stunning and relaxing views to the Mediterranean, as well as the city of Barcelona. Plus, it is just a few metres away from the natural forest of La Marina. The house has two floors and a mezzanine. The groundfloor has a huge projection and party room, with a bar and couches. There is also a 25sqm bath room carved in natural stone and a gym and parking place for 3-4 cars. The upper floor has four rooms, including a 45sqm suite with complete bathroom integrated to the room, with shower and a dresser, with direct views from the bed to the sea. The other bedroom is a quiet one, with views to the rear garden. It has a separate bathroom with natural daylight ceiling for own use. The other rooms are a dresser and on office. The living room is 60sqm and has a double-height space and is all made of glass. The kitchen is massive, with central isle and access to the rear garden. The mezzanine has a couch and a table, the perfect place for a "siesta" or just relax a bit. It gains access to a private roof terrace, with views to the front and rear gardens. The house has two gardens. The front one is a "tropical" one (palm trees, deck chairs and grass). It also has a wide porch, next to the windows, in case took enough sun! The rear garden, with a BBQ, is a "Mediterranean" one, with trees and bushes from the region. There is also a lake-decorated side garden, with a fountain and stones. We offer accommodation and use of all facilities: house, parking, gym, pool and garden. We provide service during the stay, pool cleaning and share the fruits collected from fruit trees and farm eggs. We maintain a cordial relationship with guests while respecting, above all, privacy. We totally left the house for total guest comfort. We maintain a contact phone 24 hours to unforeseen circumstances. The house is in an upscale neighborhood in Badalona, an area northeast of Central Barcelona. The house is near a protected park, so there is close and respectful contact with nature. The residential complex has easy commuting links to Barcelona. There are bus connection to the center of the urbanization (about 500 meters from the house). However we Sn recommend using vehicle since there is steeply sloping terrain. Vehicle communication is quick and easy. Guests staying emphasize comfort garden, house design, tranquility and sea views.

Historic Fisherman´s Cottage at the Beach for two. Private Garden, Roof Terrace.

Have lunch on a sunny terrace looking over gardens and terracotta-tiled roofs or dine in the little garden. Chat by a wood-burning stove in a handmade vintage kitchen. Built in 1900, the 2-story home boasts wooden shutters, oak and limestone floors, and a tasteful heritage palette. The little fisherman´s house has recently been renovated with lots of love, is part of a historic fisherman´s colony, national heritage and absolutely unique in the coast of Maresme, direct coast of Barcelona. Due to guidelines of Covid-19 the house is cleaned from top to bottom, so that my guests can feel safe The historic fisherman´s house has been refurbished faithfully, with a special emphasis on high quality materials: e.g. the ground floor is tiled with limestone, the bathroom with spanish cement tiles, the bedroom is equipped with oak parquet and lovingly refurbished antique or handmade furniture in the whole house and garden. On request there can be placed a baby bed for 30 Euros in total. purchasing possibilities, groceries, farmacies, restaurants and cafes within close proximity (450 ft/ 150 meters) To the beach approx. a 5 minutes walk, to the station 6 minutes. I certainly give advice and suggestions for retaurants, and worth seeing places. I live quite close, therefore you can contact me easily. Right in the center of Vilassar de Mar, the cottage is just minutes from cafes, restaurants, stores, and the beach. It’s an easy 35-minutes ride by railway into downtown Barcelona from the nearby train station. The railway departs every 8 minutes on working days. Also very nice for those who prefer nature and landscapes: Go hiking or biking in the enormous Serralada Natural Park. The railway connection to Barcelona is perfect. After 35 minutes you directly get off at Plaza Catalunya, the heart of Barcelona. The railway departs every 8 minutes on working days. For the winter months we offer a special price for a 4 week-stay, free choice between January 8 and March 31, for 1500 Euro in total. Right in the center of Vilassar de Mar, the cottage is just some minutes away from cafes, restaurants, stores, and the beach. Incredible sea view! Pool. Garden. Beach. Unique!

The apartment is an annex to a large house, which is located on a hillside high above the idyllic village of Cabrils, 30 min. by car from Barcelona along the coast. It has a large terrace with direct access to a garden with a magnificent 10 x 5 meter pool with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by natural park with beautiful hiking trails. Lola is a naturopath and a well-known therapist and author and often organizes meditation sessions and other wellness activities at home

It is a separate wooden cottage attached to the host's house, cozy,with double bed , bathroom /shower(small)mini kitchen,garden(shared) overlooking the sea and close to the mountain,very quiet, also bed& littel brekfast in the host house.Bus from Barcelona to the village of Vilassar from above,going down at the last stop, 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. The apartment boasts stunning views of the Mediterranean stretching as far as Barcelona. Just 30 mins by train to and from Barcelona Central Station (. There is free parking in front of the local train station. Situated 10 minutes from lovely local beaches, there are also plenty of great restaurants nearby to discover. It is a 30 minute drive to the Nature Reserve of Montseny and 45 minutes to the Costa Brava. This apartment is better enjoyable by using your own vehicle.

The house is a townhouse located centrally in the a pedestrian street in old town of Vilassar de Mar which is a cozy little suburb of Barcelona. If you are coming from the Airport, you have to go to Estacion de Sans or go to Plaza Catalunya. You can take a train, bus or taxi to go Vilassar de mar. We recommend the train. To get to Vilassar de Mar by train you have to take line Rodalies R1. La poma BikePark Premia de mar at 10min. ideal Apart Hotel House.
