Small cottage with charm on Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk uphill from the parking lot. Here there is a simple life without electricity and water. The way up is a nice ride, a bit heavy for some lots. Recommend to go up before dark. Remember good shoes and warm clothes. On top of that, the prize awaits, flat and nice with lovely views:) Bunk bed in the kitchen, sofa bed in the living room. Cozy rental house close to the "Culture capital Vestfossen". The house is located on a cozy farmhouse. In the immediate area we have Vestfossen Kunstlaboratory, Fossesholm, Chocolate Salon and a Sensory Garden. In Hokksund we have Nøstetangen Museum / Norsk Glass Museum and Eiker Gårdsysteri to name a few. Lots of hiking areas and swimming areas nearby. The place is located in a shed landscape, silence and space for play and creativity are easily accessible. Great for a family or friends who wants a great summer space.

The house belongs on a larger property with inhabited main house. There are 2 floors and about 70mm. The house has one bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed in the living room on the 2nd floor that sleeps two persons. (Bed linen and towels are not included in rent). The location is central with immediate proximity to the city center west with university (USN), cinema, library, grocery store, ski center (also summer open for biking), business park, hiking area and swimming area

Cosy cabin with fantastic view

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

An idyllic and quiet spot in the forest

Enjoy nature in this beautiful, quiet place! There is no electricity. Fresh water from a new well. Poor phone signals and zero wifi! This is perfect for a digital detox! This is a place for pure relaxation. The climbing park HøytogLavt Modum and Blaafarveværket are just a few minutes away by car. The place used to house workers from the cobalt mines. The mines is now a museum that can be visited during summer. Approximately 40 min drive to Drammen and 75 min to Oslo.
