Our independent accommodation of 50 m2 is located on the heights of Le Bourget du Lac, at the foot of the Dent du Chat. It is a magical place totally turned towards the lake and the mountains that serve as its backdrop. SavoieTechnolac business and university park 1 km, Aix les Bains and Chambéry 10 km. Annecy 30 minutes.

We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

A side of Provence in Chartreuse in short! I live in this house and vacate it when I am booked in order to leave it to you in a private way. So you have access to the whole house except my bedroom and garage. I leave my cat Roxy on site.
