Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

15 km from Annecy (20 min), in the countryside, 38 m2 independent studio in the owners' house. Close to Lake Annecy, you will be quiet with panoramic views of the mountains (Mont Blanc, Tournette, etc...). The cottage is close to many hiking or mountain biking trails and tourist attractions. Linens and towels not provided (possibility to rent them). If renting for 5 nights or more, we provide them free of charge. Cleaning is to be done at the end of the stay.
