Detached and on the edge of a quiet residential area, a 3-minute walk from the woods of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, on one of the most beautiful cycling routes in the Netherlands, and beautiful mountain bike trails, you will find the holiday home the two Greetjes. Through a private entrance, secured with an electric gate, you arrive after 40 metres, in a tiny house that is equipped with all comforts. Completely free due to a lot of vegetation, you can enjoy the wonderful Dutch sun on the spacious terrace.

We have a detached guesthouse in the back of our property, 50 meters behind our house and our private tennis court. Perfect location for visiting Utrecht and Amsterdam (10 and 40 minutes by train, and the station is within walking distance). Also ideal for cycling and hiking tours because we are at the National Park “Utrechtse Heuvelrug”. The rental is incl. max. 2 hours (per day) use of our tennis court. Please indicate in advance if you want to play tennis. Bicycles can be safely stored here.

Cottage: The Veranda of Amerongen

Our beautiful vacation home is located in the old village near Amerongen Castle. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, motorcyclists and mountain bikers! It is a detached cottage, in the style of the tobacco barns from the area, with a private entrance, lovely bed, kitchen, luxurious NEW bathroom with rain shower and cozy veranda (with wood stove!) and views of the greenery of our backyard. Unique Stay in the Countryside!

The cottage has a unique atmosphere, created with materials from old times. It is in the back of our yard, overlooks the meadows, the forest and the dike. In the summer, the cows graze from the adjacent farm in the meadow, the ducks and meats swim in the ditch. You regularly see a stork or a deer! With the sound of the cuckoo, the kievit or the owl, you will experience the nature very close! From the conservatory or from the large garden, you can see the sun rise in the morning.

Schaapskooi is a cozy vacation home. The holiday home can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Also for rent in combination with the pig barn 6 people. Great for groups! Living room Living space, open kitchen (fully furnished) with an area of 50m2 + wood stove. Bathroom, shower, washbasin The sheepfold on the ground floor has a double bedstee: 180-210m. On the 1st floor there are 4 single beds, can be connected 1x double bed. There is a steep staircase to the top.

B&B on the Kromme Rijn in the "outside of Utrecht".

The deck is a newly realized, detached and sustainable accommodation on the Kromme Rijn in Cothen, located in the province of Utrecht. Accommodation is located along the Kromme Rhine hiking trail and is a stay for up to 4 guests and is equipped with two separate bedrooms 1 and 2, with private bathroom with toilet. It has a common breakfast/kitchen area where you can stay well. Outside you can relax in the lounge set on the deck on the Kromme Rijn.

Slapen in een romantisch houten torentje. Ontbijt met verse eitjes van onze krielkippen (in het seizoen). Onze B&B is gevestigd in een voormalig architecten atelier. De zitruimte is licht en ruim. Met een keukenblok met koelkast, gasfornuis, waterkoker en Nespresso koffieapparaat en badkamer met douche, toilet en kleine wasbak. De B&B bevindt zich achter in onze diepe tuin, heeft een eigen opgang en zonnig terras met veel privacy.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle ruimte. Villa-Vida is ontworpen en gebouwd in 2020. In het ontwerp is rekening gehouden met een echte bosbeleving. Door je te begeven in de luxe zitarena, zittend in een grote lederen bank kun je genieten van het mooie bos, de verschillende boskleuren en ontzettend veel verschillende vogelgeluiden. In de schemer spot je regelmatig reetjes, hertjes, konijntjes en soms een vos.

Gelegen aan de Amerongse berg ligt dit charmante huisje, vlak aan het bos. Ingericht in modern mid century stijl. Hier kom je tot rust in de fauteuil voor het raam, uitkijkend op de (winter)groene tuin met vogeltjes en eekhoorns. Openslaande deuren naar de houten vlonder met veranda. Dit gebied is geliefd voor de mkb trail, fiets- en wandelroutes. Het dichtstbijzijnde dorpje is het pittoreske Amerongen.
