Casa Joia was originally a small vineyard. It is extremely charming, and rustic. We are nestled on the hillside in an area of outstanding natural beauty with uninterrupted views down to the Obidos Lagoon at the end of the garden. The lagoon is home to a huge variety of water/wading birds...flamingos, storks, purple heron, curlew plus fish, eels and shellfish. With one hectare of garden we offer a truly tranquil environment where normally the only sounds are from our feathered friends.
