"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Ideal base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and cuisine based on fresh fish. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk and cookies are offered. The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

It has a large kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms and is equipped with 3 double bedrooms, which have been furnished with two double beds and two single beds. According to the needs of the guests, 3 double beds can be provided. To these, it is possible to add a bed in the living room (sofa bed), a camping cot and a Montessori cot (for children from 1 to 3 years).
