Bron's place was beyond my wildest dream! Her place is gorgeous and situated in my now favorite neighborhood of Sydney. We felt welcomed the moment we walked into her home. Location was easily accessible by foot from the Central train station so super easy to get there from the airport. Her house is surrounded by delicious restaurants, bakeries and cafes. It is also within walking distance to many tourist sights. Bren's suggestions provided us the local view of Sydney. Our room was very comfortable/private and offered every amenity you may need. Our only regret was not staying longer!

My stay at Brons was AMAZING! I felt so welcome and cared for at all times. Bron and Gavins home is so beautiful and the most perfect place to stay in Sydney. There is never a dull moment when you stay at Bron’s!!

A lovely studio in a convenient location, very easy to get anywhere in Sydney. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend if you’re spending a few days in Sydney!

Studio looks exactly as the pictures. Super clean, well stocked kitchen and bathroom so you don't need to worry when cooking or bringing food back to eat. The bathroom comes with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which I thought was an especially nice touch since not a lot of hosts provide that. WiFi is strong and reliable. Location is absolutely fabulous! So central with an overhwleming choice of cafes and restaurants as soon as you step out. The studio is right above a bakery so you wake up to the glorious smell of freshed baked pastries every morning. Got my tummy churning hard! Easy to find location and easy to access. No elevators though but just 1.5 flights of stairs so easy enough to manage. The exterior of the apartment building is very unassuming but t The studio is done up beautifully and is super super cozy! High recommended stay! Much better than a hotel! The space has so much character and is very good value!

Ariana is a great host and her flat is very comfortable and right in the middle of everything, a lot of cafés around, a few minutes to Kings Cross station, and you can walk to the Botanical Garden etc. Ariana welcomed me personally to make sure I have everything I need, I found that very attentive. I had a great stay and enjoyed it very much.

Cosy place with everything we needed ,always good to come home to.Great location with transport and supermarket close by.Enjoyed the free trivia night in the Bourbon across the road.

All appears as advertised, yet the host connection far exceeded my expectation. Central location yet still a street or two away in escaping from the hustle and bustle. Surrounding community made me feel at home too. The sweet spot of inner city living.

A heavenly place above the rooftops of Darlinghurst. Angelique‘s studio is the perfect starting point for all Sydney exploration. And the perfect place to come back to and unwind after a long day on tour. It’s a home away from home and I could have easily stayed there for weeks. Dishwashing and cooking with a lovely view over Darlinghurst, the view of Sydney’s skyline from the rooftop — breathtaking! The location is great, close to everything, CBD, Surry Hills or Kings Cross all just a nice stroll away. Vibrant coffee-places, bars and restaurants just around the corner. Angelique makes every effort to give you a special experience: super fast communication and even minor complications like an unforeseen plumber-appointment, she handels with great professionalism and generosity towards her guests. Thank you for hosting me so nicely in this gem of an art-deco-flat. I will be back, definitely!

5 star stay at Angeliques beautiful oasis in the sky in a wonderful part of Sydney. The exterior and interior of the building is absolutely stunning, in true Art Deco style. I adored every moment of my stay and will most definitely be back.

I loved this place so much. A character space in a fantastic neighbourhood in inner Sydney. Everything is walkable, and tons of things to do, eat and drink. Tons of shopping nearby. I visited during Mardi Gras and it was really neat to be close to the action as Oxford Street is just a couple of blocks away. The space is clean and though compact, it was organized well and the nice breezes coming off the water keep it cool. It's a funky space that respects the heritage of the building and neighbourhood but still has the modern touches to make it feel special. It has sweeping views of the eastern suburbs. Angelique was an awesome host with great and frequent communication. Her instructions are crystal clear and she checks in to make sure you're settled. I would go out of my way to book this property again on my next visit to Sydney.

Had a lovely 2 week stay here. Decor was well thought, apartment had all amenities and was very clean. Host was easy to reach and always responded very quickly.

The host responded quickly and walked to Hyde Park for 3-5 minutes. There is a supermarket near the downstairs, but later it was found to be slightly more expensive after comparison. Room facilities and furniture are very good. As other reviewers have said, supplies are very, very complete and in sufficient quantities.

Great location, unique flat with great art!

The location is very convenient. five minutes' walk to Hyde Park. left downstairs is a supermarket. It's about 10-20 minutes' walk from Chinatown and central . 30-40 minutes' walk to the opera house. The room has complete facilities. There's TV upstairs and downstairs. The bathroom is on the second floor , some inconveniences, everything else is perfect. The host replied quickly，meet our needs as much as possible.

Peter was a great host and always available if i had any questions during my stay. The flat was very tidy and lovely equipped with everything needed during my stay. The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The neighborhood is conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood, the apartment is very quiet. I would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Julian and Andre’s place was fabulous! I stayed in the balcony room, which was lovely. Comfy bed, good sized room, and a well equipped kitchen made my week’s stay extremely easy. The location is fantastic for getting to the city or catching the bus to the beach. Fresh fruit was often available downstairs, and I enjoyed meeting the other guests in the house! Excellent experience overall, felt like being at home! I would highly recommend :)

Melanie was super helpful and accommodating from the start! The apartment is in the most perfect location, just a minute walk to Kings Cross Station. You can also find plenty of food options, coffee spots, and bottle shops which is great if you’d ever like a night in. I didn’t have any issues whatsoever the entire time I stayed in the space and it was very clean and well cared for. Would 1000% book this space again.

The apartment is ideally located, and tastefully decorated. Well equipped. But there is no view and rather dark, it's perfect for sleeping only and walking around the city!

Second weekend at this flat and it was a great stay with a gracious host

This flat was clean and quiet in the heart of the city! Around the corner from the kings cross station and easy to get around.

My husband and I stayed at Mel’s apartment after returning back to Sydney from a cruise to New Zealand. She was extremely responsive to all my inquiries especially about the apartment and the surrounding area and responded back to me in a timely manner. When I informed her that the cruise ship will be arriving early at the port terminal, she was so gracious to offer her home to us (which was just walking distance from the port terminal) so we can drop off our bags and explore the city before we check in the apartment. She even suggested having breakfast at this French cafe near her place and go on this free walking tour. I’m happy to say that because of her recommendation, we did both! Checking in the apartment was super easy just by following Mel’s very detailed check in instructions (which also included photos). The apartment was central to everything, very close to all the tourist spots. We even discovered that the iconic Harry’s Cafe de Wheels, famous for their meat pies, was just walking distance from the apartment at Woolloomooloo. The King’s Cross train station is just around the corner from the apartment which is so convenient. By the way, don’t be surprise if you walk around the neighborhood and happen to notice a lot of adult lounges and adult boutique shops. After all, the area used to be known for as the Red Light District. I think this is what creates the charm for the neighborhood though. The bed was super comfortable too so we didn’t have a hard time falling asleep at night. After a long day of walking and hiking (which we did a lot of), it’s so nice to have the apartment to return to and we usually just relax by the couch, turn on the TV to Netflix. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if ever you’re looking for a place to stay in Sydney. I know that we will definitely return again!

Melanie was so helpful and easy to reach, and her place was amazing! Perfect location close to cafe's and shops, and easy access to public transportation. This Airbnb is very well situated, close to the bus stop that takes you everywhere. The area is quiet and enjoyable to walk around. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts with great coffee. Margie and her husband are super to talk with and have great restaurant suggestions. If we return to Sydney, we would defenetly stay at Margie’s Airbnb

This airbnb was fantastic. I really wish I booked multiple nights. Such a lovely couple, they made me feel so welcome in their home. I instantly felt like I was a friend of theirs. They made me tea, let me watch the tennis with them, let me check out late and even made me a home made breakfast. The house itself is in a wonderful location and super convenient for getting around, also extremely clean and very comfortable bedroom. This is easily the best airbnb I've ever stayed at. Thank you both.

Verry good place, the room is very clean and located on the Macleay Hotel so you are allowed to used all the equipments. There is a parking on the hotel (only 70 AUD/week). Personnel at the reception are Verry helpfully. The location is very nice to explore different parts of Sydney, close to CBD, MARINA, Botanic garden, Opera... The only problem is the vue on the neighbors and it's a little bit noisy sometimes because your are on city center..

The room was perfect with a beautiful terrace!! All utensils included, WiFi and tv! The stuff is super nice and helpful!! I definitely recommend it!

The bed was so comfy, honestly I woke up as I started to sleep 😂 Really great host Charlene is a great person with lot of conversations. You actually feel home .

The room has plenty spaces. And lots of street parking places. Has left so it was easy to move my heavy stuff. House is quiet so it was good to stay and focus on what I need to do. Charlene is very nice, helpful, flexible and understanding person. She will give you a hand if you need some help.

Charlene’s place is so centrally located!! Getting around was incredibly easy. Probably a 5 minute walk to the train station. Redfern is a pretty central hub, so you can get all over Sydney from that one station!!! She’s a great host, as well! Super laid back. It’s an incredible value! Would definitely recommend!

This is a great place to stay. The studio has everything you need. It is in a fabulous location. Right near central station, but on a quiet, tree lined street.

Bianca's apartment is a minute walk from the central station, which makes the location ideal in Sydney. The studio has a large balcony, and I sure did have a comfortable and wonderful stay. I would definitely stay there again if I can!

The flat was super clean, the handing over was pretty easy and it was a perfect spot for a stay in the city.

Great location near Central station The house is in a basic neat style. The terrace is large so you can eat and relax there. It's a big road. There's a little noise, but the sash is good.

Apartment more dated than I thought, but it seems like that's common across Sydney, and the room is clean/maintained well. Heidi was a helpful and responsive host. Would stay here again!

FABULOUS VISIT. The location of the apartment is outstanding, and was very easy to get to from Circular quay, approx a ten minute walk with our luggage. It was so convenient to various attractions, pubs and restaurants. The Harbour Bridge walk/Rocks is only 5 minutes away. Getting into the apartment was easy with very specific instructions provided. The apartment is spread over two levels, Large lounge and kitchen (with all mod cons) on the first level and the spacious bedroom and shower (with washing machine) on the second floor. There are a number of stairs to get to each level, which could be difficult if you have heavy suitcases, or if you have trouble climbing stairs, There was a lovely verandah off the kitchen overlooking the harbour with glimpses of Lunar Park - which had a fire works display on the Friday night. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again when we return. Tip, if you are staying over the weekend, the cost of public transport is a maximum of $2.90 on any type of travel, so we took the ferry to Watsons bay, and bus to Bondi all for $2.90 per person return, it's a great way to see the harbour.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ... and COMFY and very well appointed! It was hard to believe the nearness to The Rocks area - just a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants, parks, the Bridge, and the Observatory. The apartment was easy to find and access, very spacious and very comfortable, nice furnishings, and had wonderful balconies front and back with great views. Be prepared for lots of stairs and up and downs but in the apartment and the area but it is great walking otherwise - less than 10 to bridge, Observatory, shops, and restaurants and we made it to the post office in the CBD in just under 20 minutes. The Opera House is even walkable if the weather is appropriate for your attire. I only wish we had had more time! The only surprises were (1) our ship did not dock at the international terminal so we had to Uber about 25 minutes and (2) carrying luggage two flights of stairs before reaching living space. The luggage you do not need can be left on the ground floor beside the stairs.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a week in Sydney and after a week we must say that “The Rocks” is the place to stay! Location, location, location! Appreciated the amenities especially coffee and also laundry capabilities. Everything was as described. It was always a pleasure to return “home” after a long day of exploring the city.

I had a wonderful and happy vacation in Sydney. Famous tourist attractions and restaurants were nearby and the facilities were too clean.

The apartment is well taken care of and felt very comfortable. The back balcony was great and we went out there every evening and enjoyed the harbor. Everything we needed was closeby, and yet we were far enough away that it felt like we were in a quiet neighborhood. Lina was very responsive to questions, and let us stay for an extra couple of hours at the end when the cruise line informed us at the last minute that they were undergoing "extra cleaning procedures" and moved back our boarding time. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lina’s place was packed with charm. High ceilings, comfortable bed and pillows with crisp white sheets, dark and quite sleeping conditions. Loved that she had a washer and dryer. The location couldn’t be beat! Highly recommend Lina’s place for a great stay in Sydney!

This is a gem of a flat, very comfortable home from home with everything you need, but for us it was the location that made our stay so enjoyable, so close to everything you need to enjoy such an amazing city, we loved it and thanks to Lina for her excellent information to local bars and restaurants

Great place to stay

Highly recommend Sally and this apartment! Sally went out of her way to meet us early in the day and take our luggage. We were arriving from a cruise and had an all-day excursion that started at 10am, not returning til late late evening...huge relief and one less thing to worry about when we got back that first night! Great location to bars, restaurants, public transportation, and all the sites around Circular Quay. Apartment itself was very clean. Beds were super comfortable and a welcome relief after a week of poor cruise ship mattresses. Washer and Dryer were also welcome amenities and worked quite well. Directions on how to operate everything in the apartment were clear and logical.

This is a great place to stay if you plan to visit the local area. As its within walking distance of Ferries, the tram and buses. Very clean space. A word of advice, if you use Uber tbere are two addresses to select one is your hotel, the other is in a nice neighborhood away from downtown. .

Very impressed and blown away by Nadias hospitality. The studio is big, modern and very hygienic/clean. The fridge was already filled when we arrived and she provided us essentials throughout our whole stay. Very kind family, we felt very safe and welcome here. Nadia went over and beyond for us. Frankie´s place is not only valuable but confortable and great located to visit Sydney´s great neighborhoods like Marrickville for example. Very close to Green Square station to get to CBD and everywhere; walking distance from Newton, Surry Hills, etc. Frankie is a great host and respond very quick.

Very convenient place to the downtown with multiple choices of buses. Though the space is a little bit small, it is not a big deal if you travel along an+ stay outside late

Amazing place! Very easy to explore Sydney, just hop on the train for a 10min ride and you’re in the city centre. Nice and quiet place, very cosy. Our family of 4 (5year old and 2 year old) loved the space and the Netflix channel :):):) Don’t hesitate, book!

Was a great and clean place. Great value. Had everything we needed. The washer and dryer inside was helpful as we were ending our trip so we could take home clean clothes. The queen and sofa bed were both comfy. She sent clear check in instructions. Cereal and milk were provided as a quick breakfast option. Her place was close to redfern station. She was fairly quick to reply to messages. Would stay there again!

Book now! Kat's place is in a super convenient location, just a short stroll to explore the delights of Newtown and Erskineville and close to two train stations to get into the city. We needed a spot to park a car overnight, and found one right outside! The unit was spotlessly clean, cool from the welcomed air con on a humid night, and just right for our needs. Kat provides coffee/tea/cereals/milk - and the chocolates and bottle of wine were fab extra touches! Many thanks for everything - and we will be back!

Kat was such a lovely host.Very accommodating as we arrived early on the noon of booking. That check in is usually 3pm but Kat have rushed the cleaners so I can get in earlier. .Very clean and comfortable.Soft beb is also great! Close to two train stations to get into the city.Kat provdes coffee /milk and the chocolates ….stocked with anything we needed .Many thanks for everything-and we will be back!

A charming and well appointed house in a perfect location for exploring Sydney by foot. Gina was very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect location for exploring the city and in particular The Rocks. Close to public transport and eateries. Gina is a very friendly host who responds quickly to all communications.

Absolutely loved staying at Gina’s place. Great location with plenty of bus stops nearby, short walk to the harbour bridge and opera house. Gina was even lovely enough to let us leave our bags in the house after checkout until 1pm when our train left Sydney. Could not fault this place, you just have to get used to the stairs.

Amazing

Fantastic location. Easy to access. Gina is great with checks and reminder messages. Definitely worth a visit and stay. Will try to get it again if we are back for Sydney Marathon again next time round. Stairs are steep (but this is understandable and reasonable) - just a note for older guests or those with limited mobility.

Great location with easy walking access to all forms of public transport (bus, tram, train, ferry), major Sydney attractions and myriad excellent food options (try Kingswood Coffee for excellent batch brew coffee). Easy walk from Central station to/from which you can get a fast airport train and prompt and helpful communication from the host.

The location is AWESOME. Bit small if you had 4 adults but we were 3 girlfriends so fine for us! Clean, bed was super comfy and had everything we needed to make breakfast. Even though it's inside a hotel, don't expect the same service as hotel guests eg they wouldn't provide us ice (fair enough!)

Looked exactly like the photos, and a super convenient location! Kitchen had everything we needed, and sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Thank you for our stay!

A good place for relax

Great hosts! Apartment is exactly as described and a great location, lots of restaurants close by. We enjoyed a lovely swim with great views of the Chinese friendship gardens. We will definetley be staying again.

Great little spot right in the middle of sydney. Communication was quick and easy, would highly recommend if your looking for a place to stay with out paying the big bucks. 10/10 would stay again!
