Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

The house is located along a public road, but in its own peace, surrounded by forest. You can reach the destination, for example, by renting car from the city. Spacious living room (1 bed), cozy kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, toilet and wood-fired sauna with bathroom. Air source heat pump. Extra beds when ask.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Sopii sinulle, joka haluat tuntea olevasi osa luontoa ja tutustua paikalliseen elämään pienessä mökissä kaikkina vuodenaikoina. Huskysafareita talvella vain 5 minuutin päässä. Napapiiri kulkee ihan Meltosjärven vierestä.

Supermarket, bus station, and train station within walking distance. There's a free parking along Karhunkaatajantie. You can also park to the in yard for 3 hours with a parking disc.
