Casa Kalisat "Haus Glück" is located only 200 m from the sea and yet protected from the wind. Surrounded by breathtaking volcanic landscape, the clear starry sky at night, the power of the tides, you will find peace and nature in a beautiful living atmosphere. You can be uncloth in the whole village, nudity is welcome here, but no compulsion. There is a supermarket in Charco and several good island-typical restaurants in Mala and Arrieta, where there is also a long, flat sandy beach, suitable for children and surfers. A protected swimming spot(200m) made of natural lava rock, allows bathing at high water all year round, a rock(500m) with stepladder is the perfect access to the sea for swimmers and divers. Several hiking trails start behind the house. The most beautiful leads directly to the excursion point "Jardin de Cactus", the famous island artist César Manrique.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. Duplex located in a quiet and secure complex near shops and restaurants, the water park and golf course. The beach is a 15-minute walk with a beautiful seaside walk. Opposite the complex is a small supermarket and 10 min. away is the Santa Rosa Sport Gym. Due to the situation, the car is not essential as there is a bus stop 5 min. from the house, which will connect you to Arrecife capital but if you want to rent one there is free parking in front of the house.
