In addition, no visitors other than guests are allowed. Please be sure to let us know before check-in if the number of guests changes.

Lots of taverns and cafes are just around the corner, and many are affordable and open until late at night. Even long-term stays aren't inconvenient at all. This condominium has an Italian and Spanish bar in the basement. If you have any problems, we will respond quickly! Equipped with TV, WIFI, fridge, air conditioner, electric blanket (winter only: stay warm even in mid-winter), hair dryer, towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, laundry detergent, hangers, hot water pot, microwave, electromagnetic cooker, glasses, cups, dishes, and simple cookware. Even though it's a small room, it is fully equipped. Shinjuku station is 3 minutes on foot, 7 mins by train, and Tokyo station is 20 minutes. It is a very convenient location. Koenji is a popular area where many celebrities live. After experiencing this convenient environment, many people can't leave the city. Enjoy your stay in Tokyo in this great location!
