Lo stabile ove è ubicato l'appartamento si trova nel cuore del quartiere Lingotto/Nizza Millefonti a soli 200 mt dal CTO-Centro Traumatologico. La casa è inoltre vicinissima a tutto il resto del Polo Ospedaliero della Città della Salute e della Scienza di Torino ( Ostetrico S. Anna, Regina Margherita, Dermatologico S. Lazzaro, Molinette).

Comodo per i mezzi pubblici ed il Centro Città. Con una passeggiata lungo le rive del Po si può arrivare anche a piedi in piazza San Carlo, piazza Castello e piazza Vittorio.

Surrounded by a green forest and tranquility, it is ideal for families and small groups, offering an entire floor with a balcony to enjoy the panoramic view of Turin and the Alps. The spacious apartment, designed in a typical Italian style, is equipped with a wooden and stone kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, and two bedrooms. Conveniently located near the highway and perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The two-room apartment is completely renovated, large and bright. It is located on the second floor accessible by lift. The parking is public and free, available on the street. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood accessible by public transport, very close to Piazzale Caio Mario where there are buses and trams that allow you to reach the city center in 30 minutes. It is located near Stellantis, Inalpi Arena, Olympic Stadium, University of Economics, Lingotto, Eataly, Automobile Museum.

In nostro Loft è accogliente e moderno, caratterizzato da ampi spazi, ideale per 4 persone (due camere da letto e due bagni garantiscono privacy e relax). In zona tranquilla, ma non isolata; panetteria, due supermercati e due ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi; fermata dell'autobus a 350 metri. Accettiamo gli animali purché non siano mai lasciati soli nel loft o nel giardino.
