The Barn is a cosy, detached property set in a rural location on the edge of a village. It is conveniently located for exploring Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cotswolds, Ragley Hall. It is surrounded by farmland with access to many beautiful footpaths. The Barn comprises of a kitchen and lounge/diner downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. There is private parking for 2 cars. Outside there is a patio area next to The Barn and a secluded patio at the bottom a large mature garden.

Inside you'll find tasteful furnishings, a king-sized bed, modern shower room, heat-and-eat kitchen and French windows to a peaceful seating area. Outside, there's miles of countryside walks and cycle rides. A short drive away are historic houses, Tudor towns, and the bright lights of cosmopolitan Birmingham.

Shepherd's hut with stunning views, Warwickshire

Nestled in the village of Coughton. A charming private shepherd's hut offers stunning views of the Warwickshire countryside. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.

Lounge, kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave and fridge . Separate double bedroom and shower room. The headroom is restricted in parts. Situated adjacent to the main house with its own front door and gravel drive car parking. Just a 5 min walk to the village pub.
