When me and my boyfriend arrived Friday evening we know we had come to a good place seeing the buddhas out front. Natalie's home is splendidly decorated and our room was no exception. She made us feel right at home with warmly lite candles and a welcome sign on our door. The room and the bathroom are both spotless. She provided us with everything we could possibly want with bottled water, towels, amenities, coffee, and even a mini fridge in our room. Loved the Dumbledore quoted light switch plate. We were there just one night because I had a bicycle race Saturday morning. Friday evening she suggested a fabulous local place to grab seafood. I would love to stay in her comfortable home in the woods again!

Nice space. Matched the pictures :) we came during a rainy weekend so we weren't able to enjoy the backyard and woods. Just a FYI: there is limited television service (only local channels and not much at that) and no DVD player to watch movies with. Bed was very comfortable! Very close to the shore via a quick drive. But it was unclear where we could park so we could walk around.

Natalie was a great host and communication with her was flawless, she was very responsive to my inquiries. The room and accommodation were just as described, with a couple of great nature walks nearby and a wood with chirping birds next to the backyard. great getaway from the city, recommended.

Natalie was very welcoming and accommodating during our stay. Her home is just as described, comfortable and in a quiet, peaceful location. We were quite busy in the area during our two-night stay so that we were out of the house most of the time. Consequently we had limited interaction with Natalie and her husband Steve. Nevertheless, we felt our host was extremely respectful of us as guests in her home. Natalie was helpful in making recommendations for places to eat and providing directions. Her two dogs were quite cute, friendly and well behaved. We had a positive experience and would certainly stay at Natalie's place again.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel this trip due to a problem at work. Although I didn't get to stay at Natalie's place, she was a pleasure to communicate with, flexible regarding check in times and offered the option of rescheduling. I especially appreciated her willingness to accommodate my dog. I'll definitely contact her again when I have an opportunity to visit the area.

Pam was wonderful. We checked in later at night and her friend Mayra came right out to meet us and Pam followed. The studio was AMAZING! So well taken care of and comfortable. There were Happy Birthday balloons on the bed awaiting our arrival as my birthday was the following day. I only mentioned that in my initial conversation with Pam so that was something extra she did that definitely made us feel right at home. The view was also beautiful. This was our very first experience using Airbnb and we can't imagine it going any better than it did. We were in town for a wedding and Pam set us up with a driver there and back. She really made our visit so easy. The recommendation on the restaurant right in Galesville was wonderful. We enjoyed dinner and live music one of the nights we stayed. Our overall visit was amazing and we cant wait to go back!

Beautiful view, relaxing and private get away and wonderful host, just what we needed for our first Air b&b experience! Pam was welcoming and accommodating. She is a lovely person who made our stay so enjoyable. The studio is well equipped and the porch is a great spot to enjoy a beverage and the water view. The town is small and quiet and we enjoyed walking daily. It is also in close proximity to much larger, surrounding areas. We did lots of exploring and loved our time at Pam's. I recommend this studio and hope to return in the future!

Pam is a great host and very very knowledgable about the area and places to visit. The description of the place was truly accurate and then some. Pam even took time the to make me a map of nice scenic roads for beautiful scenic bike ride. ( If you are a cyclist, this is the place to stay.) The studio is sooooo relaxing with everything you need for a nice little weekend getaway. The front porch has awesome view of the water and a ton of bird watching if thats your thing. There is also a little zen garden that they built on the property that was perfect for some nice reading time. She also had bikes for us to use. The beach cruiser was awesome to just tool around Galesville. We totally loved the place and Pam is a great host. We highly recommend this little cozy getaway from the hustle and bustle of DC.

We had a great stay at Pam's place. The listing description and photos are perfectly accurate--the studio has a great water view and is nice and airy for it's 400 square foot size (the high ceilings and two skylights help create this effect). The layout is like a large, open hotel room with additional amenities like pots and pans, a fridge and a coffee maker, and a small couch and sitting area. She's decorated it lovingly with sailing-themed decor. The porch out front is great for sitting and relaxing, and we enjoyed listening to the bells from the church across the street while sitting outside. It's also very private--Pam's house is next door but far enough away that you don't feel like you're intruding. There are two nice waterfront restaurants in walking distance from the apartment, and we tried them both while we were staying. We got in late and spent most of trip out and about, so we didn't see Pam until we were headed out (although we met her cat, Toulouse, the night we came in as she came up to say hello!). Pam was very nice and we were glad to meet her! We'd definitely stay again for a quiet and relaxing weekend away from DC. One note--the driveways on Pam's block are long and contain multiple houses, and Pam's is at the end of one of these long driveways (you'll see her house number on a sign as you enter the driveway). We didn't realize this right away when we drove up in the dark!

Wonderful all around. Pam contacted us quickly and made sure we had all we needed to spend the weekend. The cottage is very clean, light and airy with high ceilings. The kitchen was well equipped and even had a few basic items like tea, hot chocolate and sugar packets. This was a combined business and relaxation trip and it suited both well. We enjoyed watching early morning deer and osprey. We would definitely return for another tranquil stay.

Our weekend getaway to Galesville was great and its due to the B&B we rented from Pam Morris. Even though we did not get a chance to meet with Pam, we had no issues finding the place and checking in. The location is great and the view from the porch is even better for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Restaurants are a nine minute walk or a very short drive away. All in all, we loved our stay and will be looking to come back soon!

This was a great cottage for relaxing and close by Annapolis for sight seeing. Pam was so nice and accommodating. The cottage was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Hope to stay again soon. Thanks Pam!!

Beautiful relaxing spot ... The lay out is like a converted garage done nicely with vaulted ceiling with a bed; sitting area and kitchen with table all in one large space with private bathroom. Importantly: pretty view; very private; comfy bed and very very clean which is always so appreciated. Thank you for having us Pam !

We had a very pleasant and relaxing weekend outside of DC. The house had terrific views and walking near the Bay.

I stayed with friends for a "getaway" retreat at Marilyn's home. It was everything she described and more - a charming place, and we felt immediately at home. Marilyn was very prompt in responding to any questions and provided great suggestions for things to see/do in the area. I would return to her place again. It was also nice having close access to the water, a huge dock is a block away. I highly recommend it.

Charming is an understatement. Just returned from a long weekend with my wife and our 2 toddlers. It was a great fit for our family. Decent view of the water off the front deck. Windows are everywhere, and the front deck is a great place for dinner and relaxing. The neighborhood is full of kids on the weekend, and is quiet at night. Definitely not a party house. This really is a place for a single family or a couple, not groups. Upstairs there is an office with a twin daybed. To get to that office, you have to walk through the master bedroom, which has a double bed. Downstairs is a pullout couch in the living room (also a double). Sleeping 5 would be very tight. The walls/floors are thin, so sound travels. Be prepared to wake up with the early riser in your group.

Our stay at Marilyn's cozy place was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed walking by the water in the morning, and relaxing by the fireplace in the evening. Marilyn was very accommodating, and she gave us plenty of information about the local areas to make our stay more enjoyable.

Wonderful quaint house near the water and close to DC

I stayed at Marilyn's house and had a great time. The bay is just across the street which you can view from the glass kitchen area. The house was stocked with all essentials (toiletries, snacks, towels, etc.) and everything was cleaned. Thanks Marilyn!

This was exactly what I was looking for. It's a beautiful house in a serene location. Marilyn was very prompt with all of my inquiries and made us feel really welcomed. I absolutely loved the kitchen and the dinning area. I would love to come back here in summer.

Bills house is great! Very nice location with an amazing view of the Chesapeake bay right in the back yard. Not to far from DC as well. Very nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. House was very clean and had plenty of blankets and towels.

Bill's cottage is in a great location in a private neighborhood, on the water. It's very cozy & quiet, perfect for a restful getaway. We loved the fire pit by the water. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 stayed here for a month while we awaited the completion of our new home in Davidsonville. Bill and Besty were very accomodating and the cottage had everything we needed and more. Best of all is the backyard - the water view is breathtaking and watching the sunrise each morning was amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and we felt comfortable with our 6- and 8-year-old kids playing outside on the rocks by the water and riding their bikes on the street. If you're looking for peace and quiet with an amazing view and great hosts to boot, this is the place to be.

Bill's cabin is in a great location on the water with beautiful views of the sunrise from the master bedroom. The kayaking was great fun, with some cool lagoons to explore just down the coast. Firepit in the backyard was awesome, and Bill was kind enough to pre-set-up the firewood for us, made it very easy to just go out and enjoy a nice fire. And Shady Side/Deale MD in general were cool towns with some nice waterside restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and would happily stay here again!

Ms. Laura was very respectable and welcoming before we arrived at the destination. Everything mentioned in the description and in the follow up message was very accurate. This location was amazing because it was quiet and private, as well as, beautiful because of the environment. Ms. Laura provided us with extracurricular activities, like kayaking (very first time and loved it!), which enhanced the experience of our trip. Gypsy Girl was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend for anyone seeking an escape from noise, constant distractions, and just want to relax and put their feet up. We loved every second and did not want to leave.

I really liked his attention felt like, in my quiet home a comfortable place where you find amazing relax in the future come back for a longer stay. Laura helped me all the time you need her help and she was concerned about call and ask if everything was ok attention was very important for me thanks Laura.

Our stay on Gypsy Girl was relaxing and certainly unique. The house is plenty spacious for 2 people and a quick drive to restaurants and businesses. The view is lovely especially from the roof. We ate at the local German restaurant and we're more than pleased with the food and service. We also recommend Eggcellence for breakfast. As a host, Laura was very friendly and responsive. She sent us a few recommendations for the area and got back to our messages almost immediately. The house is just as lovely as described, but we'd be happy to never use a "marine latrine" again and we chose not to try the shower. Overall, a lovely romantic stay.

My fiancé and I loved the Carriage House! The house was clean, comfortable, and decorated quaintly! The air conditioning in the Carriage House quickly cooled the room on one of the hottest days in the year. I did not mind walking to the other properties to use the bathroom; Shawn's dog, Winnie, was such a treat to meet and very well trained. I wish our trip was longer as we were just passing through town on a larger DC trip (only about 45 minutes away), but after seeing the Bay and countryside, I'd love to return to get the full-experience of being a local! The fireflies in the trees at the edge of the property were so magical to see. Shawn was lovely and had great insight into how for us to make the most of our trip. Thanks, Shawn!!!

Our second stay at Shawns Carriage House in two months. This is a great property. We enjoy the freedom to come and go and utilize the different activities (kayak, canoe, crabbing, fishing, hiking, campfire). The new AC works great and kept it very comfortable during one of the hotter weekends of the year.

Shawn is a wonderful host, making sure we had everything we might need yet giving us full privacy as well. The cottage was lovely, offering all new furnishings, including the bed, cozy reading chairs and a kitchenette with the best coffees and teas. We had no issue with the "luxury camping" and shared bathroom arrangement. Her property offers 180-degree views of the river and Chesapeake Bay, with plenty of comfy chairs and loungers to take it all in. Best for me were the huge trees with wonderful hanging swings and Shawn's sweet dog, Winnie.

We found Shawn to be pleasant, we arrived late in the day, we were unaware that the space did not have a sink or toilet. Sharing bathroom in the main house was just a major inconvenience. We were working the Annapolis Boat Show very long days. We did not have the water canister replenished, garbage was not emptied, nor were the coffee and water cups cleaned once in our 6 days. The bathroom in the house was shared and not clean. A little more attention to detail would have made our stay better.

We have stayed here 3 times and love it. This time after we arrived we decided to extend another day because Shawn's place is so relaxing. I'd highly recommend the carriage house to any of my friends (I had a few of them over for a bonfire Friday night). Some of the best sleep we have had in months! Woke up at 8am and felt like we slept till noon. We ended every night with a bonfire and walk by the bay. Shawns always working on something new for her property.

A slice of paradise! This is by far the most relaxing weekend weve had in some time. Deale is a great bay town. We woke up to roosters in the morning, took out kayaks, went crabbing (got 7), went fishing, then explored Deales many shops and restaurants on the water (URL HIDDEN) is a great guide to whats going on). The carriage house is brand new and nicely done. We had everything we needed for making breakfast in the morning and relaxing during the day and the short walk to the restroom gives you time to pondering the meaning of life or look at the turkeys, at least I think they were turkeys. Shawn was out of town so we didn't get to meet her, but we will be back as soon as we can. Recommend you bring a flashlight for exploring at night, a crab pot, waterproof bags for the kayaks, and some ice.

Very good for people who like a comfortable, cute place, and don't freak out that the bathroom is in a (nice) shed about 15 yards away. There were decent kayaks, plenty of crabs in the crab traps (bring your own bait) and it's a very nice setting, with lots of tree swings and a very friendly dog.

We choose this location for two reasons. First we were looking for a place to relax. Second we were interested to visit some museums in Washington DC. The location is perfect since the city is only 45 min away. Overall our stay was very comfortable. We were fine with the room having no bathroom. Shawn let us used her house bathroom. A few feet of the room she has a small campers bathroom that you can use in the middle of night if needed. The room was clean and quiet. Perfect for relaxing and enjoy some time to ourselves. The views of the lake are great and the property has big green areas to have a picnic, or just seat down and read. Shawn is a great host and I will recommend her place to friends.

Ben's home is warm, comfortable, and the perfect accommodation for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The back deck is the jewel of this property with LED night lights that supply a chill environment for enjoying the sounds of the woodland denizens and scents of the bay breeze. Amply stocked and outfitted with creature comforts, this home shines as a perfect example of a peaceful getaway. Ben was extremely helpful in identifying activities and local support for anything that could arise. All in all, a fantastic host.

We had a great night all aboard the sea plus plus. It was a perfect start to our weekend at the Annapolis boat show. There was a great breeze blowing from above during our sleep and a beautiful sunny morning to enjoy our breakfast. We would highly recommend!

If you looking for adventure with new thing or try to reach the dream when you was a kid, you cant beat this Sea Plus Plus, The Boat is pretty small BUT you will find everything you need around there, Beach is 5 minute drive, Best Family Restaurant 5 minute drive, Food center 15 minute drive, The Shower and restroom at Marina is sweet, there better than some hotel you were stay. Woke up in the morning with nice air breez and birdy. around with friendly ppl. Hightly recommend you to visit Sea Plus Plus

Rodrigo welcomed us to the Sea Plus Plus and gave us a thorough tour. The boat was impeccable, highly comfortable and surprinsingly spacious, as well as perfectly located in a relaxing, calm, and secluded area: the sea tenderly rocked the boat as we slept! During our stay, Rodrigo was amazing host and prompt to respond any inquiries related to handling the boat's features. We will always treasure our nautical adventure in the Sea Plus Plus!

A first time for us! Sleeping on a sailboat. And it was super fun. The description is accurate, from the space, the neighborhood, the marina bathroom. We had an almost-storm that made it more exciting.

Better than a tent but not as good as an R.V. A great way to experience life aboard a small sailboat. Very nice marina bathrooms that were very modern and clean. Very quiet location that offered easy access to the D.C. area.

The house was amazing for our group of 14. It has plenty of room to spread out and several great spots big enough for the whole group to sit around and chat. Liz was easy and forthcoming throughout the whole process. We will rent this place again.

This is a gorgeous and warm house. We loved staying here. The view from the kitchen was stunning. The beds are great and it was fun watching tv using the projector. The pool looked great, but unfortunately it wasn't warm enough outside to enjoy it. The kitchen is top notch. It's a bit remote but it's perfect for enjoying nature while still just a stone's throw from Annapolis. Only a short drive to a grocery story. Great experience all around.

I stayed in the studio of this property on my last trip to Maryland and Liz showed me the house. I could see right away it would be great for my workshops - I teach QiGong and Tai Chi So I booked it for my group. There was plenty of room to exercise for my classes as well as for people to sit around and relax. In the evening we watched a movie on Netflix with the tv projector which everyone really enjoyed, it was great almost like being at the movie theater. The kitchen is well equipped and the view from the dining room is great. We saw lots of deer during our stay, which the city dwellers got a kick out of. Liz was a considerate host, and I will definitely plan another workshop/retreat on this wonderful property.

The house was bigger than we had imagined, a perfect place to get away for an organizational retreat. The host was very communicative and responsive before during and after the booking. The house itself is situated on a picturesque hill next to water and forest. We would definitely book again with these hosts and location

This home could not have been more ideal for our large group. We were a youth group with various needs and hope the house would meet those needs. The house exceeded our expectations! When we needed to separate the youth by gender, the house allowed us the room to spread out comfortably and provided a natural separation because of individual spaces. When we needed to gather as a group the home had large multiple spaces from us to choose. When we gathered to eat the dining room accommodated us easily. When the time came to meet as a group to conduct our team building activities, the large family room off the kitchen was great. As you can image when you have a large group one of your concerns might be the size of the kitchen. We had several cooks in the kitchen and at no time did it feel crowded. We moved around the kitchen with ease in preparing and serving our meals. There was always pretty of prep space plus when we needed additional amenities, there was the advantage of the stove and oven in the walk out basement. Having the two refrigerators was a plus as well. The youth enjoyed the pool table and projection TV in the basement which proved to be the perfect get away for them. The house was a wonderful retreat to return to after a busy day in DC. Both the adults and the youth loved the natural setting of the house with its beautiful surroundings and the peaceful walk to the lake . We rented this home in the Spring, yet are sure of the fun a group could have with the addition of the pool to an already fun filled experience. We look forward to renting this home again and could not be more grateful to Liz and all the help and guidance she give us. Liz was wonderful in answering our questions and was quite to respond to any inquires concerning the home and the community. It is because of Liz and her high level of hospitality and the functionality of the house, that we look forward to definitely renting this home again!

I could not have been happier with the home, the exquisite decor, and all of the amenities, the location and the view, and most important, Liz herself. She was a phenomenal hostess who obviously understands the needs and expectations of those of us with discriminating taste and desire for the utmost in quality, cleanliness, exclusively, and customer care. She set a new bar for me & the others in my group. You will not regret the experience. The size of the house was amazing and Liz ensured it was fully stocked with what we needed for an excellent get away experience.

Beautiful property and wonderful location. The house was perfect for our mutil- generational gathering. Plenty for the kids to do and explore the grounds and great spaces for gathering at meal time. Luxurious beds and bathrooms feel like a resort. Liz was really easy to work with and extremely responsive and welcoming. I would highly recommend this house!

The house and the location were gorgeous. We enjoyed visiting Annapolis, hiking in a nearby forest, and sailing with friends. The house is completely renovated, immaculately clean, nicely furnished, and well-stocked. It was our first time to Galesville. It is a small town with marinas, several restaurants, and antique stores. It is a great getaway. We'll be back.

I came across Jacky's Airbnb listing by chance and I am so glad I did!!! We had an amazing time at this house. Even with 11 people we had more than enough room. The beds are comfortable, everything was clean and tidy, the yard was large and the towels were brand new. :) Jacky also offered everything in the house up for fair game - ice cream, condiments, paper plates, coffee, etc. We went swimming off the dock and played yard games all day. One of the best getaways we've ever had. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! We will absolutely be back soon!!!

Our family has a small house in Shady Side and we had a lot of family members that wanted to come for the holiday but couldn't fit in the house so we found this amazing spot just across the way. The house was stunning and very large. We brought our jet skis and used the ramp on the property to put them in. There were two docks witch was great because we also brought our boat, that we have in a boatel in Annapolis. The drive was so quick from DC. We swam just off the dick every night, cooked liked kings and had the most amazing time here. The house was super clean and very roomy! We also caught two bushels of crabs in the bay and spent all Labor Day enjoying our catch. I highly recommend this place. The house won't disappoint. The owners were really great and helpful too! I will stay here again!

What a wonderful home and overall stay. The hosts were easy to work with, and the house was just as described and then some. The kitchen is definitely a cook's kitchen and we made use of it every day and night. We even threw a big dinner party one night and we had space and seating for all. The hosts think of everything - from soap in the bathrooms to butcher paper for eating hardshells. The beds were very comfortable and the house was perfectly clean. The location was perfect for us as we were sailing nearby, and there are at least 2 restaurants within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I had a lovely time at Robin's charming home. It was cozy with so many nooks to relax or gather around with friends in. Robin was sweet enough to show us around and offer a drive into town with her. We all biked to a nearby farm stand, harvested oysters from her property and she BBQ them for us all too :) I had a wonderful time. There's so much to do here - kayaking (try this at sunrise, watching the fishermen too), pool, dock to go crabbing , hammocks to read/ take naps in, kayak or bike to a restaurant and eat on the dock ... Visit\ feed a horse, sheep and goat (they are all so sweet) ... The list goes on. I met lovely guests while I stayed here too. We all came together and had a wonderful time. Robin even invited me to join her and her friends for dinner one night :) Though, if you are coming here for a quiet retreat, don't worry, you can get just that too. Robin and her partner are very mindful of your space and if you ever need to ask any questions, she's available. There's no air conditioning but I was fine. There's a cooling- fan system in the house (& ceiling fan in my room), plus a nice breeze coming through. My room had less breeze but it was fine. The room \ bed is cozy (I came on my own) and I fell in love with their screened in porch on the main level. So cozy. Since it's an old house you may come across a spider here or there but it's a given out in the country! (I didn't experience any in my room :) ) Overall, I had a wonderful time here at Robin's home. Rawbin and her family were so nice. We had the best time and the room was exactly what we expected. The view and the home exceeded our expectations! We relaxed by the pool overlooking the West River and watched the sail boats for hours. We went kayaking and at crabs at the local restaurant. Did not want to leave and I'm ready to go back! Every stay here is a pleasure, whether swimming in front of Chesapeake Bay, kayaking down inlets, biking to a bayside restaurant, enjoying tastings at a nearby winery or a home-cooked meal (or raw food, like her signature smoothies or fresh oysters bred on her property) with Rawbin and her friends and family. They're very open, friendly and generous in opening their home to a long-term visitor.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Robin's beautiful home/property. We chose it because of its history and because it was "close" to the water. We had no idea how close! It's literally her back yard. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway from it all, Robin's place is it. With the hammock, comfortable swings, and pool (with a diving board!), you don't even have to leave her property. Our plan was to go to Annapolis upon arrival, but there was no way we could leave after we got there. The house is clean and our bed was very comfortable. There's a nice breeze from the water which helps to cool it down at night so you can leave the windows open and hear the summer sounds of the country. Bayfields is an idyllic haven, even more pleasurable during my second stay when it was warm enough to use the pool! Rawbin is a very kind, considerate and generous host, and always willing to take the extra step to make one's stay convenient and enjoyable. I look forward to returning in June.

Bayfields is a wonderful home with marvellous hosts and has a spectacular view . I spent the month coming and going as I visited friends along the east coast. Robin and her family were very welcoming. I enjoyed great meals, card games and the puzzle table. There is a lot to do at Bayfields; starting with taking in the view, peacefulness of the area, kayaking. swimming and playing with Peety the family pet.

Neighborhood is rural, large homes, rolling hills. Bayfields is right on Chesapeake Bay. Wonderful place. Weather changes almost hourly. Friendly, helpful, attentive hosts.

Rawbin is nice and very friendly, and she gives very good directions. Her house had a beautiful view of the bay, and we found it to be a very interesting historic property. Unfortunately, neither our room or the bathrooms seemed comfortably sanitary. We arrived late and were in a rush to shower, but found out (just in time) from Rawbin that the towels we had grabbed from our room were NOT clean. This made us very nervous about the condition of other linens, etc. If we had not been in such a rush to meet our family for supper, we probably would not have stayed at Bayfields that night. Due to our time constraints, however, we found ourselves without another option. I do not like to sound so negative here, because I REALLY WANTED to like this place--but it was just too unclean for me to rate higher than two stars. We also had to go hunting for more clean towels when we wanted to shower the following morning, and had to dodge a hairball and empty shampoo bottles in the shower. I must say that Rawbin did have a wrist injury during our stay, and perhaps that was the reason for the lapse in cleaning and laundry, but it is hard to tell. I feel strongly that it is a host's responsibility to provide clean facilities to all guests. The house was under construction at the time we stayed, but this was not troublesome for us, as we have lived in many historic homes and understand how much work in involved. The lack of sanitation and the dirty linens were much more difficult for us to stomach.

Janet was an amazing hostess: she was very responsive to any questions leading up to the trip and was an absolute pleasure to meet during check-in. The space was very comfortable, clean, spacious and equipped with all the amenities, including snacks and extra towels that Janet so kindly left out for us. I only wish I was able to spend more time at the place if it weren't for a wedding nearby and time constraints!

Janet was a gracious host and she stocked the fridge for us. She was very understanding about 6 groomsmen coming by to change for the wedding. I was very impressed with her listing for the price!

Janet was an excellent host from start to finish. She was quick to respond, and provided detailed directions for our arrival. The apartment was just as it is listed/pictured, and she even had stocked a few items in the fridge for us! We enjoyed playing ping pong, other board games from her collection, and sitting on the back porch swing. While there is not much in Galesville itself, it is an easy and quick trip to Annapolis. Overall, this was a wonderful trip and a great value!

Janet's place was clean, organized and had plenty to do if there was a rainy day. She did a great job at describing it and the pictures are exactly what it looked like when we arrived. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the mile walk to the restaurant down the street. Janet also stocked the refrigerator with milk coffee cereal orange juice and Bread all which came in handy. She was good about communicating. We would love to visit again and take a day trip to Annapolis this time! Great stay!

It was a great pleasure to meet Janet and her loveable pup. Her place is just 10 mins from our boat, making it very convenient to winterize it, go out to dinner and build a warm fire to end the evening. Playing ping pong was an added treat. We enjoyed getting to know Janet, learning about her sailing destinations and adventures. She was a wonderful host. I would highly recommend staying in her apartment.

We had a great relaxing long weekend at Teresa's place. The view is breathtaking, and Teresa was an excellent host. She was always available, the house was super clean and comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches (full shampoo and conditioner bottles, new soap, fluffy towels in each bathroom, loads of snacks, eggs, milk, and fruit in the kitchen). There are lovely little beaches and large parks in walking distance which are great for small kids.

Such a lovely spot. House was clean and comfortable, about 25 minutes from downtown Annapolis. Beautiful views every day. No complaints! Thanks, Teresa.

Terry is the best host ever. My New York family loved the house. Terry made sure they had everything they needed and then some. We will definitely use this beautiful home again.

We stayed five days at Teresa's home. We loved the location right on the Chesapeake Bay. It was delightful and relaxing spending time in the spacious house, on the deck or in the backyard overlooking the water. The house was very clean. It had all needed amenities and was well-stocked with food and beverage items. Teresa and John were excellent in communicating with us about any concerns. It was perfect for our needs and we hope to stay here again in the future. Just be aware that you need a car to get around as there is nothing within walking distance except beautiful scenery.

We really loved the house and the view. The neighborhood was quite and Teresa (Terry) was an awesome host. We plan on staying in contact with her because we will be in Annapolis a lot the next 4 years!!

The house is beautiful and spacious and has a stunning water view. We spent a weekend there with four adults and three little kids and had plenty of room. Teressa was incredibly nice host. We had to postpone our arrival due to a sick child and she was very understanding and flexible and even offered us to stay longer. When we arrived she had put food for us in the fridge. I can only highly recommend staying at this place.

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful home in Edgewater. Minutes from Annapolis, there are tons of activities if that is what you are looking for, but the home is also extremely comfortable and convenient for relaxing and lounging. We found the accommodations to be spacious and clean, the view amazing and the host (Terri) generous and thoughtful (she went above and beyond providing special snacks for everyone). We hope to go back one day!

The prior reviews and photos were accurate and we were glad they were so informative. The home is right on the water and a lovely location. Terri was very generous with providing some groceries too. Highly recommend and hope we can stay here again.
