Rest in this beautiful house and the town of Sani turned out wonderful! Sani is the best place in Kassandra, in my opinion: a clean, well-equipped sandy beach, a warm gentle sea, an excellent bar and tavern where you can eat delicious food, a shop where you have everything you need, Greek fast food - everything is right on the beach, the area around is green, in the pines, due to this, there is wonderful clean air. The entrance to the sea is perfect, many meters from the shore not deep, the water is well warmed up, despite the sandy bottom, crystal clear, there are practically no waves, you can hide in the shade not only under umbrellas, but also under the trees that have approached right to the sand of the beach, next to the beach there is a playground with swings - all this makes the place ideal for families with children! On the beach there is also a zone for self-accommodation, an area with sun loungers and umbrellas, and in the Sani Resort there is also a comfort zone. And about 700 meters from the beach there is a complex of villas, among which is the house in which we spent a wonderful two weeks vacation! The road to the beach is convenient, through a pine grove, with baby strollers it was convenient for us to walk! Near the beach there is a beautiful well-groomed Sani resort area with cozy taverns, a bay with luxurious yachts, you can take a walk in the evening and enjoy it (this is perhaps the only place on Kassandra where everything is perfect!). The villa is located in a pine grove, among the same wonderful villas, the area due to tall pines is in the shade, which allows you to be on the beautifully equipped terrace of the house during the day and enjoy the light cool. The area is very clean, green, well-groomed, lawn mowed, decorated with some nice details. The only drawback of this place is the presence of mosquitoes and wasps, they have to fight on their own. The house itself is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, there is a barbecue, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, there is an iron, hairdryer, a washing machine and a dishwasher in free use, everything is as in the description in the ad, everything exactly matches the photographs, the staff serving the villa responsive and welcoming, we were provided with highchairs and cribs upon request, we arranged a transfer to the airport and a meeting, upon arrival we were expected a bottle of wine and olive oil, as well as other drinks. I would also like to note the cleanliness of the provided linen and towels. Several houses have a nice large pool with a compartment for children, access to the pool at this villa is not direct, you need to go around. Choosing the place of Sani for rest, you need to know that there is no big supermarket and shops, we went shopping to the neighboring cities of Kassandria and Kallithea, on Tuesdays a market opens in Kassandria where you can buy seafood, fish, meat, vegetables, olives, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to rent a car during your stay. Also in Kassandria there are a couple of shops where you can buy meat at any time for barbecue, for example. In Kallithea there are many souvenir shops and fur and leather shops. Also, the owner gave us a late check out free of charge. On the whole, we were very pleased with the rest in Sani and in this house and received only positive impressions! For which we are grateful to the owner of the house, also Lazaros and Maria!

Great, clean and comfortable home. The host met us with a bottle of Greek wine, fresh fruit. Also in the house was everything that was needed for the first time. Paper towels, bottles of water, detergents and detergents. The owner was always in touch

We go to Greece every year, and it was the best accommodation! Petros was a very friendly owner, he was in touch at any time, he helped and answered all the questions. The villa has everything you need for comfortable accommodation, plus a great location close to beaches and restaurants.

Petros has many excellent reviews and they are all well deserved. It is a lovely villa situated amongst the trees, very well equipped with everything you need. The villa has beautiful peaceful gardens and we spent a large amount of our time sitting outside on the comfy garden furniture. The resort itself is very high end, with lovely beaches - we spent all our beach time down at the beach by Anemos Beach Bar, really comfortable sun beds, great beach bar with snacks, pizzas etc. Visited several good restaurants and enjoyed a cocktail most evenings at the Sea You bar at the marina. We did not hire a car, much to everyone's surprise (!) and walked to and from Sani beach resort to our villa. However you do need to be reasonably fit to do this as a long slow hill, steep in sections - took us about 25 mins depending on time and heat of the day but we managed it every day and sometimes twice in a day! We visited Afytos one evening for a great meal in To Palio Rementzo - really worth a visit, great food especially the fish. Finally all communication etc was superb, Petros helped us out with cabs etc when needed and went over and above to help us out. Many thanks to Giorgos also who was a star!

As someone already said in one of the reviews, if i could give more than 5 stars i would. Petros is a great host, communicative, polite, willing to help and to do everything in his power to make your stay in his amazing villa unforgettable. A perfect host, one of those that give Airbnb a good name. What to say about villa itself? Villa photos can't describe how beautiful location and surroundings are. Spending time there is a blessing, especially for families with young children who are living in urban areas. Villa has everything you can imagine, we felt like we are at home. WiFi was working perfectly and reception was strong in and out of villa. We couldn't wish more from our time spent there. Thank you Petros for everything you do!

Great villa, great location and great customer service. Villa is ideally located next to the sani resorts, campsite and a short drive to great tavernas, giving great options at varied prices.

Communication with Dimitris during booking process and check-in was very efficient. The house is very conveniently located near the amenities of the Sani Resort. If you are not wealthy enough to afford the prices in the Sani Resort restaurants then you will need a car to visit the other towns that offer a wide choice of places to eat and shop. The house is as shown in the photos with ample inside space and a very nice spacious outside area that gets the sun for most of the day. Take the opportunity to visit the other towns on both the west and east coast of Kassandria.

We rented the house for a week and were 4 adults and 2 children aged 18 months and we were really satisfied with the house. Its just perfect. Very functionnal, quiet, big garden, big shared pool. We had a great time

We had a wonderfull time at this house. It is peacefull and away from descreet eyes. The pool is near and we were the only guests to enjoy it almost all the time. Sunny beach hotel is 10 min walk with a beautifull beach but if you want to go anywhere else you need a car. I would recomend this house to everybody. Hope to return in a near future.

The villa is greatly located near Sani resorts, you can enjoy quiet and beautiful views of the forest and mountains, however, within 5 mintues - you are at the trendiest and one of the most kids-friendly and beautiful resorts! I recommend all families with kids or romantic couples to stay at the villa

Beautiful, polite and comfortable house in a quiet area. We enjoyed the pool and the nice garden, it was very relaxing.We were there with our two teenagers, 14 and 16, it was perfect, enough space for everyone. Supermarket and greec tavern of the camping place were in walking distance, also Sani Marina with its restaurants and shops. The beach and the sea are amazing. The beach near the pine wood is about 25 min to walk, but more quiet than the one at the camping place and very beautiful. There is a shuttle bus, but only a few times a day, one bus-stop is near the house.

The villa is really nice and matches with the pictures. Perfect for a stay with your friends or family. It is clean and very well equipped, you will find everything that you may need. We enjoyed very much the garden and the swimming pool. Furthermore, Nikolas was nice, helpful and really quick to answer to all our queries.

We are a family with small children and had a perfect stay in the beautiful house of Tzisis. We can recommend everything completely, all information except that it is a public, seasonal pool, which is not available for private use only. The area is the dream, the beaches are breathtakingly beautiful. We will hopefully come back someday.

This place is just amazing. Located in the middle of the gorgeous pine forest in Sani you‘re surrounded by beautiful nature and at the same time you have all amenities of a villa. Although you have direct neighbors – you’re f.e. sharing the pool with – you feel super private as the property is large and hidden by trees. Host Zisis made sure we had a five star stay – he left us a fridge full of super tasty fruits and drinks and selfmade olive oil and olives. He also was so kind to show us the secret beaches in the area and gave us lots of useful tips for where to eat, hike and drive. Oh, and did I mention the amenities? The place has got Netflix, a stereo (you can easily connect via Bluetooth), 3 coffee machines, dozens of games and literally everything you could possibly need in a kitchen! And there’s also this comfy hammock you should have your morning coffee in. I highly recommend this place if you want to escape from your busy everyday life. We will definitely return.

Great home, excellent neighborhood, gorgeous landscape. The place was in a great location on top of a hill full of old pine trees. The streets were very quite and the pool in just 2 min walk, the entire community was very well kept and super clean. Very close to the Sami resort for your daily holiday activities with great food, shopping and beach life. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. The house has all the amenities you may need for your vacation. A tip for the next guest. A late afternoon nap in one of the long chairs under the trees : priceless!!

Excellent villa whit 3 single beds and one double bed. Great location just 2 minutes walk from the beach and few seconds from the Sani club entrance. Really quiet place, ideal for vacation, backyard is amazing and we enjoy in pine trees shadow. I will definitely recommend this place.

Everything is more than perfect!

We spent wonderful time in this cozy house at the beginning of October. The weather was good, see normal for swimming.The house is clean, good equipped,close to the beach, in wonderful pine wood, and beautiful nature. Alexandros and his wife are the best hosts that I have ever seen.

House is charming, clean, comfortable and has everything you need. But garden is like a dream! We spent many hours there resting and relaxing. Whet it comers to our fantastic hosts, they did everything possible for us to feel great. We received from them a lot of tips and tricks to get the most out of the region. We had a great vacation! I traveled to Sane with my husband and 3 y.o. daughter in August 2018. We had a late flight, were tired but thankfully were greeted by Alexandros and Alexis (hope I spelled the names right) with local food and fruits for dinner and breakfast, and a few packs of water bottles enough for the whole stay. The villa itself is amazing – it's beautifully decorated, well equipped and has a great shaded garden to have a breakfast or dinner in. Washing machine, fresh towels, toiletries – everything is well prepared so we didn't have anything to worry about. The hosts gave us a tour of the surroundings, showed the best beach, tavernas and shops. The road to the beach is a bit steep, so we (and the hosts) would recommend you to rent a car. There's actually a good rental right near the closest beach - in Blue Dream camping. Though for the first few days we were walking with our kid in the stroller – down in the morning, spent the whole day on the beach and in tavernas, children's playground, and then up in the evening. Still when we finally rented a car we had a chance to discover a lot of interesting places – villages and restaurants located in 10-15 minutes drive. Nea Fokea, Afitos – you should go there and experience new views, local life and delicious cuisine. Overall we're very happy with the stay and the hosts. Thank you!

Very comfortable house in a great location! Good sandy beaches around, Sani Marina in a few minutes. We and our children really liked the staying at this place!

Alexandros is a very friendly host, the one on arrival everything explained exactly. The nicely decorated house has a very nice garden. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk. There is also a mini market where you can find a good basic equipment for breakfast etc. The whole atmosphere is quiet and idyllic. I highly recommend the property and the host without any restrictions.

We stayed in June 2017 in Alexandro`s house. We had amazing holidays in the forest. House is very cosy, and nice. It is ideal for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children. Even in 40 degree it is not hot in the garden. There are many beautiful beaches around but it is nessesary to have car. The clothes beach is only 1 minute by car. Alexandros was very kind in all our questions.

The villa is located in a great area surrounded by nature, there are a few small beach nearby. The villa itself is very nice and it is fully equipped with everything you need for a lovey quite vacation! The hosts are very welcomeing. I definitely would love to come back!

The house was a home not just an average rental. It was wonderful. It was the perfect size for us. It had a wonderful outdoor space with a large dining table and comfortable lounges to lay on and read. The owner was very welcoming and responsive to any concerns you may have. Tommy the caretaker is the man who knows everything and everybody.

We had a perfect stay at the villa! It's equipped with everything you need, the design is nice, the area outside is great! It's located in the forest, so mosquito repellent is required. It was in the villa by the way. The beaches are amazing, the water is crystal clear, the sand is white. After a stay on the beach, you can easily hide in the shadowy villa yard. The marina is beautiful, there are quite a lot of restaurants, brand shops, mini supermarkets, drugstore. If you're coming by car, you can go to the nearest cities. Afitos is ~20 min away, old architecture, great sea view, good restaurants, big supermarket. Thessaloniki is ~ 1.5h away, ancient architecture, markets, restaurants, cafe's, etc. Aleksia held a tour for us to see what and where is located, it was extremely helpful! She has multiple times contacted us to see if we are fine and whether we need any help. It was a pleasure to stay in such a great villa with such friendly hosts. Thanks, Aleksia!

We spend one week for Easter . The villa is in Sani, located in a pine forest, at 500 m from Sani Pine Resort and Sani Club and 1000 m from Sani Marina. All the resorts are 5 stars, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. One of pools is heated , so the kids had a great time. The villa is beautiful, three bedrooms , a generous living and open ckichen , a nice terrace and quite a big garden . There is a parking lot for 2 cars . We arrived late ( 11.30 pm) but Alexandros was there for us ,with a bottle of greek wine, Easter eggs, candles , Easter cake and suplies for next morning breakfast . Thank you Alexandros. Livia, my wife, tells me to write that the kitchen is FULLY equipped. Alexandros tipped us about traditional restaurants in the villages around Sani. Afytos is nice, also Potideea and Sibiri. Avoid Moudania and Kalitheea, this villages have bad roads and nothing to be mentioned. The Easter Mess in Afytos was epic, with fireworks and lots of firecrackers provided by local teenagers.😃 Great stay! We were a party of 6 , 4 adults and 2 children.

Fantastic new villa, quiet and beautiful location among pine forest. There is everything you can imagine available for the guests in the villa. We were welcomed with fruits and local wine. Alexia and Alexandros are great hosts, they made sure we are fully satisfied. In reality, the property is even nicer than the photos. Warmly recommended!

Elsa is a mistress 1000 level! Our family has some experience of rent villas but we haven't met yet so kind, pleasant and friendly but not imposing home owner! 1000 small pleasant details were prepared by her. For example, food present basket and some products in the fridge (milk, bread, butter, tea ,coffe, jam, honey, cheese and ham) so we with 3 children could have some breakfast in the morning before visiting supermarket. A big amount of snowy white towels and bed linen in your disposal. General level of cleanliness in the house is very high. The design and interior of villa are Greek traditional and authentiс but the furniture is natural wood hand made and the sofas have new pillows and coverings. The tableware, pans, dishwaching machine and some other kitchen gadjets are new. Elsa was so pleasant to present us the tickets at the Greek traditional music festival wich takes part in a very romantic place in Sani. If you want to visit Sani, one of the most luxury Greek resorts you will not find the place more cozy and relaxing than Elsa's villa!

We had a wonderful stay at Sakis and Maya‘s house (3 adults, 3 children). Sakis and Maya welcomed us nicely and explained us the facilities. They bought for us beverages and fruits that we really enjoyed after the travel. The children played a lot outside. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. Eating outside was a pleasure. We highly recommend the house and hope to come back again. Thanks to Maya and Sakis for the information about beaches and restaurants in the surroundings.

the house was very clean and the kitchen equipment was adequate. the bathroom and beds were clean and comfortable. garden and balcony very handy. day and evening can be enjoyed. the house is much more beautiful than it appears in the photos. host sakis is always available. when i come again i prefer to stay in this house.

The house is amazing for a group holiday, the bedroom are 4 per room so ideal for a holiday with a group of friends (there were 6 of us). We cooked most evenings and the kitchen/ house is well equipped for this. There is a bbq which is easy to use, and the garden space has a large table ideal for communal dining. The house is located in picturesque fields, ideal for watching the sunset, as well as this it is a short drive away from a beach and very near many other beautiful places to go. It is however essential that you rent a car, in order to get around as the main road going down to the beach does not have a sidewalk or pavement. The closest village to the house Nea Fokea is a 10 minute drive and is lovely in the evenings, with many people sat, eating and talking outside. The restaurants on the sea front all looked lovely, and we ate in one particularly nice fish restaurant. Athytos is also a village we would highly recommend visiting! Overall we had a lovely stay, and would highly recommend Sakis property and would definitely return again!

A visit to Mr. Sokis was the best stay in Greece so far. His house is perfectly equipped, suitable for a family stay. Located in a quiet place off the beaten track, it has a huge garden and a place to park the car. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, a large fridge and full equipment. As the host, Sokis was very helpful, he let us feel at home. Upon arrival, we received a small welcome meal. On the spot we could use the owner's internet. I heartily recommend and thank you very much on behalf of the whole family.

I spent a wonderful week with my friends at Saki's house. We had a warm welcome from Sakis and his wife when we arrived that made us feel like we were coming home. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed. Sakis was very responsive all the time, provided very good tips for nice beaches and must-see places in the area. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden in the evenings. Very large and spacious house, well furnished. Located in a quiet position compared to Sani but reachable in a few minutes, both by car and on foot. The house offers the possibility of living a relaxing holiday immersed in silence, but also close to the most beautiful beaches

The villa has everything it promises. Incredibly beautiful atmosphere and easily accessible by car. You should generally have a rental car to get to the countless good restaurants in the area. We rented the villa for 4th and the place would have been good for 5-6. Clearly 5 stars from us for this location.

The house just like in the photos. Cleanliness in the interior and outdoors very good. Vassilis gladly took care of bringing a barbecue to the yard when we asked for it. The pool is often cleaned.

A great place to relax with your family. We were 6 families and we rented all 3 villas from Vassilis. The vacation was a success! Excellent location at the very top of the hill, a dead end street, only to the sea without a car will be far away, take the car for hire. Nearby hotel Sani resort, and another paid beach with its bar and excellent cuisine! We all liked it, we hope to return to these regions))

The house is situated close to the beach in a sort of a small village built in a forest, so you can stay in the garden even when outside it is very hot. I absolutely recommend this place and the host.

The villa and the village is a heavenly green place built inside a Pine forest, but somehow not disturbing the pine trees around. It looks great, big, neat and beutiful patio, with many corners where you could eat or drink your coffee in the morning. Big terrace, very clean and stylished house, perfect accomodation! Also we had a very good connection with the host, the entire stay... Advice: come with only your clothes... you gave everything you need here! And when i say everything, i meen EVERYTHING! Beautiful location. Very close to the sea and Sani Hotel. Our daughter enjoyed the hotel playground and shows at the Garden theater in the hotel. Admittance to the hotel territory is free and you can enjoy it. The apartment itself is even better in reality than on photos.

Without a shadow of doubt, I recommend choosing this cozy place to stay! The beach is located 400 meters from the house. A little further away is a zone with restaurants and shops. The house has a magnificent terrace. Especially true if there are small children. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a road near the house, but overall it does not cause much discomfort. The owner is always ready to provide help and support! Thanks for the hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is amazing,clean,modern well kept and with everything you need. In one word is perfect. Location is great, two minutes walking from the beach. Iakovos is a great host. I hardly recommend this apartment. We will definitely go back.

We liked everything! Very hospitable hosts, met with sweets :) they always quickly responded to messages even before they were booked at home :) The location is beautiful, the beach is within reach! The garden is wonderful (a lot of entertainment and toys for the child) T we rested as a family, we were important features such as a baby monitor, chair details, sockets for outlets, towel children and so on :) The interior is very cozy :) The house was absolutely everything that you can imagine! The only drawback is the tasteless-smelling water from the tap это but this did not cause us inconvenience We will definitely recommend this beautiful home to all families!

A great place to stay with children. Big and clean yard, playground. Well-groomed lawn, fenced territory. A spacious house, on all doors and windows there are mosquito nets (in the house there was never a problem with mosquitoes and gnats). Nearby is an excellent and clean sandy beach.

If you travel to Sani, Iakovo's place is THE place to book. First of all, his house is the first next to the resort and the marina, no house there is closer than his. Second, it has a huge garden, fenced, so your kinds can play without you fearing they will go out on the street. We have a two year old son and he had a great time in the garden and on the terrace. The apartment is as described, really nice and cosy, I ended up sleeping in the living room with the terrace doors open all night. It was hot, but there is a strong air-conditioner that cools up place in a minute. The beach is some 5 to 7 minutes easy walking, as well as the supermarket, and Anemos beach bar. We preferred the beach behind the Bousolulas Bach Bar of the Sani Resort, theres a sandy beach with dunes that goes for miles, so you can have a private part of the beach with nobody around for hundreds of meters. You'll need a car to get there, it's only 5 minutes avay and the parking is free. Park in the forrest behind the resort. There is a BBQ in the garden but in the high season you are not allowed to use it because of the fire risk, but the kitchen is well equipped so you can prepare everything there. Beware of mosquitos, there are plenty of them, so bring some protection against them, repellent or Raid smoke spiral (that one proved to be effective on the terrace). All together, the place is great, Iakovos and his wife are definitely superhosts, and all you need to do there is to relax, swim and enjoy the sun and nature. We will definitely be back!

We would like to thank Yakovos and his family for our holidays. We really enjoyed. The place is nice, clean and well equipped. The garden is beautiful. The playground for kids is great. Everything is as beautiful as you see on the photos. The location is also good. You can just walk to the nearest beach Anemos or just drive 2 mins for another one. You can buy fresh fish, fruits, vegetables only 5 mins by driving. The nearest supermarket is 15 mins by car. Also you can find the supermarket, pharmacy at Sani resort. Yakovos is an amazing host. When we arrived we were greeted with fruits, bottle of wine, home made food. He provided us with all necessary information . He also helped us to rent a car. Everything was great! Thank you for your warm welcome! We will be back!!

We rested in Sani two weeks in early June, a family of 2 adults and three children. From home to the beach is really 5 minutes a quiet step with a baby stroller! The apartments are very clean and cozy, a little bit coldish floor, but then they got used to it, even in the heat they were more comfortable without an air conditioner. The family is very friendly, our children played together with the children of Yakovos. There are useful devices for the baby: radio nanny, cot, high chair. The biggest plus is the garden. He is beautiful! Another nice bonus is that in the evening you can stroll through the territory of Sani Marina.

We really enjoyed the stay at this villa. A cozy, clean, tidy house, there is everything you need for living. We were 6 people: 2 adults, two teenagers and 2 children, the number of bedrooms and common areas is great for such a number. A large veranda with sofas overlooking the garden, a dining area on the street with a large table, a sink, an additional dishwasher - are very conducive to relaxing on the street even in the hottest hours of the day. The villa is isolated from other houses by high hedges. Neighbors don't bother. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet large village in a pine forest near the sea, where we went by car for 3 minutes. Adults can walk to the beach, however, the way back must be overcome uphill. The territory of the villa with a good well-kept lawn, and a flower bed. Private covered parking. We really enjoyed our stay at Panos’s house. Although the beach is a little further away than noted, the garden and outdoor area totally makes up for this - we actually found this more relaxing and cooling. The beds were a little hard (that maybe a personal thing), but kitchen and laundry are well fitted out with everything you could need. Panos very kindly left a generous breakfast for us and although we did not meet him he was immediately contactable.

The house was fantastic. Garden and pool very well maintained and clean. The highlight was the outdoor kitchen and the cozy lounge. Panos was always available and gave us many useful tips. Would come again anytime. Thanks for the first food ... Top!

Panos is very hospitable! He had prepared us some food and drinks before our arrival and it was very appropriate after a long trip by car. The house is hidden from the heat by trees and is exceptionally comfortable. We felt like coming home, not just visiting. The house is fully equipped for relaxed holidays and is immensely functional. Panos was extremely helpful and allowed us to use his garden with tasty vegetables. We had a really great time at his villa! There is an open pool nearby, just a couple of minutes walk. For those who love the beach: be prepared to either use the car or walk a lot. As stated in the description, it is a bit further away. The market and shops are accessible by car. There is a large market once a week 30 kilometres from the house. There is also a large Lidl store 19 kilometres from the house, where you can find everything you need. Smaller markets/stores are in a closer vicinity (by car), but the price is a bit higher.

Kapnidis villa is great for all those who do not like hotel crowds, those who are seeking for quiet surrounding ( during the day and night), natural sounds ( wind in the trees, birds singing, bees humming). It is placed in a forest so the climate is excellent, no need for air-conditions. There is enough space for the children too play in the garden or at the pool(which is very near and cleaned every day and in a shady spot which is great at high noon) and the grown ups can read or have a sunbath. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything one might need. Beds are very comfortable. Three bathrooms were enough for 10 people. Beaches with crystal clear water are app. 10 -15 min away on foot. Panos is a perfect host helpfull and patient, he answered every question, gave us tips where to go...

Lovely big modern home. Modern interior, furniture, modern plumbing, comfortable beds with good mattresses and snow-white linen. The nearest beach is 3 minutes by car. The beach is beautiful, clear sea, good sandy entrance. The house has its own private fairly large large pool, terrace with dining area, beautiful sunset. Good wifi internet. I think with pleasure we would choose this holiday home. Lovely modern home. Modern interior, furniture, modern plumbing, comfortable beds with good mattresses and snow-white linen. The villa was very spacious and beautiful, had everything that we needed. Very close to Sane beach! Vassili, as a host, was very friendly, available and responsive in any time. Location was great. We recommend this place for anyone how would like to spend nice and peaceful family vacation.

Lovely spacious villa over 3 floors basement has 2 large bedrooms and bathroom with lots of storage and access to pool. Ground floor living room kitchen and access to patio areas and pool. 1st floor 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Ideal for 2 families to share, car essential lovely beach and small supermarket a few minutes away and 5 minutes to Sani resort both via car.

The house is perfectly equipped - clean, spacious, modern, and in a quiet area. Very close to Sani Resort, which has quite an upmarket feel. The beach is nice, there are bars and restaurants day and night time, and the Marina is very cozy. We had a car, which made our stay even better, because we travelled to a different beach every day, lots of them nearby. The host, Vassilis, is a very easy person to deal with and made us feel very welcome! Thoroughly recommend this property.

Our trip to Greece, Halkidiki, Sani district, was at the end of June 2018. Three villas with swimming pools were rented. Villas were the same as described on the site. Are located on a hill, so there was always a breeze and a good view from the terrace. Good and cozy atmosphere. Purity. All necessary furniture and appliances are present. The owner is a very nice person named Vassilis. I solved all the questions as necessary quickly. Our company was satisfied with our trip.

We had a fantastic time at Maria’s house. We have been to Sani many times and this was by far the best location and most comfortable as well as beautifully decorated house we have stayed. The shared yard was large with seating and some children’s yard toys. The location was a short walk to the beach which was also child-friendly with nice umbrellas and good beach food at reasonable prices. We found the nearby taverna, mini market and coffee shops to be both convenient and to have good quality food! Maria responded promptly to all our questions and was very welcoming. We could not have asked for anything more!

Maria was a great host and apart from offering the marvelousness home from the value perspective, she also provided us with the local tips and addressed our concerns and needs. We’ll strongly consider repeating our experience with Maria next year!

We had a great stay at Maria's place. The location is amazing, short walk to Sani beaches and quick drive to nearby places for going out or exploring. The house is well equipped, beautiful garden and terrace, has everything one might need on a holiday, and spotless. Maria is excellent host, she welcomed us on arrival, explained everything about the house and gave us tips for the nearby restaurants and beaches. She was also very flexible regarding the late check out, so we enjoyed the whole day before leaving. We will definitely be back.

The night with Maria was perfect, we were three with a baby (9 months) for 10 days. Maria is extremely nice and helpful, also Maria's parents we were allowed to meet were super nice and friendly. Very good (English) communication already in advance about Whatsapp, very fast feedback, all questions patiently answered. Even during the stay you can always ask everything. We also got beach umbrella and beach chairs. The house itself is very beautiful, the garden paradisiacal. It really looks even better than the photos. Everything is very clean, lovingly furnished and comfortable. We only used the master bedroom, there was a cot. In the upper room are two more beds, but we did not use. There is one air conditioning per room (living room + 2 bedrooms), which all work well. The terrace is facing east, you should have breakfast outside before the sunrise, otherwise you can not keep it out in the sun (in clear weather). In the evening you can sit comfortably for a long time. To the beach you should plan 10 minutes (with child and cone), especially on the way back (uphill). On the way to the beach there is a restaurant (Barba Yioryis Tavern) with recommended and cheap (not cheap) food. Very nice is the opportunity to take the food, we have not cooked at all. Two small hints: 1. The bathroom is small, but good (alone) usable. Only for the shower you should be reasonably agile, or have to sit down (a kind of seat pan). Where you can stand, the faucets are a bit in the way. But it works reasonably well with a bit of practice. 2. The master bedroom is in the direction of Appollo Street, the only street in the residential area behind. At night there is the possibility (with the windows open), the traffic noise can be heard. Especially larger vehicles (buses, trucks), the rise must be high and people who with 100 felt vorbeirasen, one will perceive (actually 30Zone). Especially the Sani resort shuttle (black Volvos) drive constantly the people to the beach (I guess). Fortunately, buses rarely travel at night. So if you are looking for perfect peace, you may feel disturbed. Personally, I had no problems, neither during the day (you are not in the room anyway) and not at night. My wife has 1-2 nights something heard, but otherwise no problems. We also prefer open windows at night to air conditioning. If you allow the window, you will not have any problems. Clear recommendation, we would also go back or recommend it to friends! English: The vacation at Marias place was perfect, we were 3 with a little baby (9 months) and stayed for 10 days. Maria is extremely nice and helpful. We had very good english conversation before the start via Whatsapp, we received very fast answers to all our questions. You can ask any time during vacation if necessary. We received sunbeds and sun umbrella, very nice! The house itself is beautiful, the garden like paradise, even better than the photos. Everything is very clean, lovely and comfy. We only use the bed for the baby. In the room above are two more beds we did not use. There is an air conditioner in every room (living room + 2 sleeping rooms), they all work. The terrace is located to the east, you should break the sun, it gets very hot after. In the evening you can sit until sunset very comfy. To the beach you should plan 10 minutes, especially backwards (up hill). On the way to the beach is a nice restaurant (Barba Yioryis Tavern) where you can get good food for OK prices. You can order to take away which we used for the whole vacation. We basically did not cook at all. Two minor notes: 1. The bathroom is small, but very usable (alone). Only the shower is tiny, you have to use it. 2. There is noise from Apollo street in the direction of the street. It is a 30km / h zone, but there are (some) people driving by much faster than that (especially black Volvo Sani resort shuttle cars) and so busses and so on going up hill are hearable, but there are not many at night , Whoever is looking for a perfect quiet place. I had none, my wife heard something 1 or 2 nights. We prefer to have open windows rather than air con, so this may not be an issue at all for you if you use air con. At day you are probably not using the main sleeping room, so no issue anyway. Of course high recommendation, we would stay again and recommend to friends!

We had a wonderful time in the house of Maria and her parents and experienced a warm hospitality. The place, beach, the surroundings of the beautiful Sani resort and the marina with all the nice restaurants and cafes we really liked. The kids also loved the garden with all the play equipment and their cozy private bedroom. We'll be back!

This is a lovely house plenty of space , well equipped kitchen and spotless The location is excellent very close to the white sandy beaches and Sani Resort restaurants. We found them very expensive this year and it was great to have a car to explore the area Maria was wonderful , she met us and explained how the house worked. We also had the use of a bike which was great . We hope to go back it was all good

This place is great! You couldn’t get closer to Sani Beach if you tried - ideal beach location and close to the marina and beach bars - as expected and a really lovely and clean space! Everything we needed was available and Maria did everything to ensure our stay went as smoothly as possible! We will definitely be back ;-)

Maria and her family are very hospitable and sympathetic. The house is nice and clean with a beautiful area where children can play. But in previous reviews, no one wrote that the street where the house is very noisy, cars constantly go and in the main bedroom there is no air conditioning. Good price / quality ratio.

Cannot say enough about how brilliant this place was. We have two small boys, aged 3 and 6, and they had the best time, the loved the garden. The beach was brilliant for the kids too. We had a great time driving around the peninsulas and found all the locals so helpful. Ioanana was a wonderful host with lots of helpful info about where we should visit and was excellent in her communication with us, Would recommend for anyone and everyone to stay here!

Very nice and cozy house. John is a hospitable hostess and can always help with any question. The cost of living is democratic, and the conditions are at the highest level.

Ioanna is a great host, very opened and friendly. We liked her cosy house and hospitality. We really enjoyed 2 weeks spent in her beautiful house, which looks even better in reality then on the pictures. We were with 2 kids, 3 and 10 years old , and the space was just perfect for our family. The garden near the house is not big but still we had enough space for playing there and enjoying nature and birds singing. The swimmimg pool is just several steps from house but we didn't use it at all, beacuse of the great sea and the beach bar just 8 mins walking from home or 1 min by car. Car is preferable for this location to explore surroundings and other beaches. Sani Marina is around 10 mins by walk. Supermarket and small restaurant with local quisine and the kids playground are near the beach also 8 mins by walk. We had only positive feeling of the holiday and are realy happy that have chosen Ioana's villa this summer!

Ioanna was a lovely and gracious host. We stayed at her place with two young children and we truly felt at home. Her place is very close to the beach bar Anemos and Sani Resort,10 mins on foot, 2 mins by car, and is part of a compound with a shared pool that is clean, shady and quiet. The house has a lovely garden and is fully equiped with anything one might need, and everything is fully functional and organised. At night the area is nice and cool even in the hot days, so never really used the aircon--which was a lovely change for us. All in all we enjoyed our stay and really felt relaxed and at home. We strongly recommend this villa and Ioanna's hospitality. Thanks again Ioanna for a wonderful time.

The house is clean and fresh, great location under pine trees, which provide coolness in hot Greek summer. Less than five minutes drive to Sani resort with best beaches and restaurants. Christos and his wife are very nice and hospitable.

All informations that you can read are true and sometimes even better! The appartement is very beautiful, its equipped with everything you need and more. From the position of the appartement you can reach everything. The beach is not far away, there are a lot of shops - but unfortunately in winter closed - and a big supermarket is also in the near. Next to the appartement, you got two very friendly and helpful hosts. Nikoc helped us with every question we had and also collect and drived us to the next main bus station. He‘s really a very good host!

This is an amazing appartment. Everything is clean, whole place is equipped with everything you can imagine: kitchen with all needed, 3 coffee mashines, tea, toster, barbeque on the balcony, stuff for swimming. It is a good idea to stay here much longer, than a few days. In 2 min. there are supermarkets, 6 min. - good restaurants vith a perfect sea view and 15 min. - sea beach. Nikos met me on the bus stop and brought back, when I leaved. He was very kind. I will recommend this appartment for solo-travellers, couples or small families. Our stay in Nikos apartment was just perfect and way better than expected. You will find everything you need in the apartment - and we mean really absolutely everything. The kitchen is by far better equipped than our own at home. Tania and Nikos are perfect hosts and really lovely and helpful. Never had a better airbnb experience bevore. The location is also perfect - quiet and still just a minute walk away from the center. We can absolutely recommend this apartment! Afitos is also a really lovely town with many restaurants, bars, little nice shops and beautiful buildings :-)

Nikos and Tanias place is absolutely perfect. It is the perfect location in afitos its close enough to the beach to walk and yet far enough to not hear any noise from the town although afitos is a quiet lovely little town well in mid september anyway. The apartment literally has everything you need and i do mean everything down to a hairspray, herbs, umbrellas, a ps3 and an alexa and so very much more. Nikos and tania have thought of everything you may need that you have in your own home. Nikos is a great guy and really ensures your comfortable and happy, true greek hospitality. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here i cant even find one fault. Everything was truly perfect!!!! :) it made out stay in afitos amazing :):):):):)

Very well equipped apartment, especially in the kitchen everything is there, what you need. We were warmly welcomed and provided with many tips, in addition, Nikos was always responsive and has responded immediately. We felt very comfortable.

All was amazing! We were some pleasured to live in this apartments! We were pleasantly surprised that Nikos was always in touch, met us from the bus, drove us to the destination, and then back. Very helpful owners who have everything in their apartments, if not more. Great filling of the apartment, barbecue, coffee machine, PlayStation, Bluetooth speaker, musical instruments and much more, we did not even get to the majority of devices. Very comfortable bed, light house, hot water in the shower, which does not need to be pre-heated, like anywhere else! If you go with the child, he will have something to do; there are a lot of board games in the apartment. Not far from the beach, a minute walk from the center, Nearby shops and everything you want, there is a large supermarket lidl 700m. The owners of the apartments are very nice people, nobody bothered us, we were glad to have unobtrusive communication with them. I have never regretted that they chose this particular apartment in Afytos! The city is small, but with a soul) Thank you so much! Hope, see you again!

Relaxation, Beautiful Villa, Garden, Pool, Sandy Beach with crystal clear water and very good restaurants only 15min away.

We were 2 families that spent wonderful holiday in this charming place. The houses are beautiful, the territory quite big and the pool just amazing! We had absolutely everything we needed for living, cooking and etc. There is a fresh market 5 minutes by car where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables and fish. Big Lidle shop is 20-25 minutes by car. The place itself is very beautiful (in the forest but close to the sea), it is about 10 minutes to walk to the sea, or you can go by car as well. The beach is also very good - sandy, shallow with clean and clear water, which is very warm, perfect for children. Hosts provide with sunchairs and umbrella. There are hotel sunbeds on the beach and you can rent them if needed. Cafes, restaurants and shops are not far away by car. Host are very helpful and provided with everything we asked for, were always online. We liked the place very much and would recommend it for stay!

We spent magnificient holidays to Illianna House. Hauses have beautiful and refined services, in the old charm Greek. The swimming pool under the big pines was magnificent. Absolute relaxation! Our host Thomas was very professional, kind and helpful. We thank him for everything! The sea with white sand is in about ten minutes in feet or 1 min by car. The beach is perfect for children! For us everything was ideal.

We had a very nice stay in Sani. Loved the villa, enjoyed the house, the garden, the pool and all surroundings in Chalkidiki. Yiannis is a very good host!

This apartment is exceptional. The location is perfect - a house hidden in the shade of pines. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Everything in the house is fully functional. It is kids friendly (we were there with 3 toddlers). We had a great time! We are already planning to visit next year.
