This lovely old house (built c1800) is nestled in a quiet side street, set in the historic medieval town of Saint Leonard de Noblat. It is a very short stroll away from the central square; where shops, bars and restaurants can be found. There is secure space for a small car (locked garage) and for a car to park directly outside. There is also free off street parking is less than one minute away. This quirky home has some modern features, whilst retaining its character and charm. Pets welcome.

This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.
