Romer & Ed were very welcoming when we arrived at their home. We woke up to a wonderful breakfast every morning we woke up in their home. We also didn't want for anything while staying in their home. Their home was very stylish and comfortable. We highly recommend Romer & Ed for a place to stay!!

We have now stayed with Romer and Ed so many times that we have lost count. If you want the perfect AirBnB experience look no further!! Not only is everything about the accommodations beyond one's expectations, your hosts are two very special people. A bonus you will find here is their in-depth knowledge of the Sacramento area. Romer is an amazing host and you couldn’t ask for a warmer or friendlier environment. Conveniently close to the airport and well worth the money.

We have stayed several times (actually too many to count) with Romer and Ed. Our first stay with them many years ago was our first Airbnb experience and we have added maybe 40+ other locations since and they still hold the top experience for us. They have thought of EVERYTHING, are really good people, provide immaculate accommodations and are located in a quiet and safe spot. You can not possibly stay with them and be in any way disappointed. Don't miss out on this wonderful experience.

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Park with walking/running trails close by. Real close to the airport. Coffee, tea and croissants for breakfast were fantastic. They sent us off with the leftover croissants and a snack for our flight home. Our hosts were conversational, pleasant and engaging. We would recommend staying here the next time you are in the area.

Stayed for one night after a long day of travel. It's a convenient location from the airport, the hosts were flexible with our arrival time, and the space was beautiful. I would definitely stay again and would recommend.

The hosts are very kind, the space is impeccably clean. They do have a young child, but during my stay he was remarkably quiet.

Jane's place is sparkling clean. The place looks like new construction. I really like that there are filtered cold water and hot water readily available in the kitchen. The place was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The check-in process was a breeze (there is a code for the front door so I could come at any time).

Jane’s place was a great place to stay. I wasn’t able to checking until 2:30am and she was completely fine with it. The room is quiet and right next to the bathroom. I would highly recommend staying here.

Jane’s home is my go-to in Sacramento. I’ve stayed in both the shared bath and private bath rooms. Both are excellent. They keep their homes sparkly clean, inviting and cozy. She is a fast communicator and very accommodating. The temperature is always perfect whether it be in the summer or during the winter. The bed is comfortable and she even leaves a bottled water upon arrival which is a nice touch. Thank you, Jane! God bless you always.

Jane was an attentive host. Private room and bathroom was on the right side after entering the front door, separated from the upstairs rooms. Very private. Jane replied right away to request, and was very welcoming.

Beyond nice people. Good energy - clean- quiet and peaceful

Jane's guest room with private bathroom is very quiet, clean and easy to navigate. It is a very new home in a area of all new developments, and although it is just across the street from what appears will be more construction, there was no noise at all during my stay. This room is also just inside the front door while the family's bedrooms are accessed from a stairway on the opposite side of the house, so you don't hear any noise from footsteps on stairs. I found it perfect for my needs.

Jake is a good communicator and responded quickly to my questions. I felt safe staying there. He was respectful and accommodating, more than he had to be.

Jake's place was the perfect spot for me. I needed a place close to the airport for my late night arrival. I found the supermarket about 4 minutes away and made some snack purchases. I had breakfast at Panera Bread nearby. I launched out for a drive North without having to go into Sacramento and then come all the way back out again. Really great! I highly recommend Jake's place!

This Air Bnb had plenty of sleeping space! Although we only had 5 people staying there we had plenty of choices on sleeping arrangements. It was nice and clean and the mattresses are so comfortable we all slept like babies!

Wow. Jane's place really blew my mind! The home was located in a residential peaceful neighborhood and it seemed very simple and comfortable from the pictures but once i stepped inside it felt warm and inviting and very very comfortable. The place was sparkling clean very welcoming to our special evening together. My girlfriend and I have very busy schedules and needed a day to get away and Jane's home was perfect for us. I loved the decor and overall it was more than i expected. Thank you Jane for opening up your home to us. I 110% recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend relaxing get away. :)

Brand spanking new house. Cant go wrong with it. Slight prob IMO is I dont smoke weed but I was in cali after all and other roomies do. So the shared bath smells POT that's all. But that's not the Hosts problem. I'll recommend the place. Close to the airport, new community, lots of store within 2 miles.

The Byrd’s Nest is always a great stay! I’ve been here a couple times now and each time has been awesome! Always very clean and tidy! Don is probably the most ambitious man I've seen in a long time and quite the caring father. He never stopped trying to improve his home which by the way is put together very tastefully.

Great space. Very comfortable. One of the best & easiest check in experiences because I was arriving late. If you are using Uber or other ride services be sure to put the pick up or drop off spot in front of the building. The first driver almost dropped me off behind the building because of the GPS.

Alexander’s place was great! My boyfriend, our 5 month baby & I stayed here for 2 nights. We stayed out here while visiting family in Sacramento. The room is much better than I expected and the photos does not do the room justice! The room was sparkling clean! I love that! The room has a mini fridge! Good to put drinks & snacks in. It has a TV with Netflix, Hulu and all of your streaming needs. Big walk in closet for you to put your bags & belongings. There’s a patio connected to the room. This room also has a private bathroom connected to it and it has the most amazing shower...ever!!! Alexander was always polite & quick to communicate. We felt at home at Alexander’s. I definitely recommend. His place is a true hidden gem.

Clean, spacious room for a great price! Quick and easy Uber ride from/to the Sacramento airport. We were there for an overnight layover (1 am- 8 am) but it was great for what we needed: a bed, space for luggage, and a clean bathroom. There is also a TV and a small fridge in the room. WiFi worked great. Love that the entry code is personalized for each guest- easier to remember and feels more secure.

Stayed at Brando’s for 5 days and it honestly felt like home. This was my first time renting an Airbnb for myself and he and his girlfriend were super nice and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The house was very clean and my private room was cozy. The neighborhood was also in a good area and I felt very safe parking my rental car on the street. Super grateful for their hospitality! Would love to stay with them again!

Second time staying here. Brando and his girlfriend are both very friendly. They provide with bottled water in the room. And an excellent coffee and pastry station; both are complimentary... something unheard of even in expensive hotels

As a single lady traveler safety is a big concern. Thankfully Waltons place made me feel safe. It was very quiet and very very clean. Having coffee available was a huge plus. There is a nice shopping area not far, that had many choices for fast food, gas and groceries.

The room was clean and pretty private very close to the main entrance to the house. The bathroom is in the hallway, but it was nice having a “private” bathroom. If I were in the area I would consider staying again.

Fantastic place with every detail thought out and executed flawlessly. The house is super cute and has everything a weary traveler would need, whether staying just a night, or longer. We were fortunate to have a fresh, hot breakfast prepared for us and it blew the socks off any continental-style breakfast a hotel might offer; perfect French omelette, freshly baked croissants, yogurt, OJ, and coffee. Last minute booking that paid off in leaps and bounds.

Hands down, if you are interested in staying in a home that is sparkling clean, quiet and near the airport and other freeways along with a bike trail, look no further. Jane's home is set-up exactly like the photos you see. The home is a pleasant home with positive, great vibes. Any questions we had were answered in timely manner. Jane's takes great pride in making sure her home is in tip-top shape. Honestly, you can't beat the location and price and the quiet environment.

The landlord and couple are very enthusiastic and almost responsive. The room was clean and quiet and could cook. The only one that is a little far from the Chinese supermarket is about half an hour away, and the price is very good. Recommended

A great place to stay, always clean, super comfy. Easy check-in, super friendly people. For runners, there are lots of parks and runner friendly areas around.

My sister and I shared a room at Walton's place for four nights for the Aftershock festival. Everything was as described, getting into the house was very easy, and the house is very comfortable and super clean. My sister had her car parked on the street all weekend with no problems. Walton was very quick to respond to questions and was accommodating and helpful when I messed up and forgot to book for two people. Other travelers & household members come in and out fairly frequently so if you want total privacy this may not be the best fit, but if you're looking for comfort and a great value, this place is perfect!

I've stayed here for about 2 months for work reasons. I only have good things to say about this place! And the hosts go above and beyond for their guests. This is now my go-to place if ever I'm back in Sacramento. Let me list the reasons I love this place. 1. Bruce, Walton, and Mandy - they are great hosts, and respond promptly to my messages. Though I keep to my room most of the time, staying for a bit long may have afforded me the chance to interact with them more, and see how wonderful they are. And it doesn't hurt that once in a while, I get to taste Mandy's home-cooked meals! 2. The house is extremely clean and quiet. My room is tidy and cozy. There's a desk and chair, and the desk is big enough for my work laptop and my macbook, and still with more space to spare. Wifi works great, especially that I had times when I worked from home, and had to join conference calls and share my screen. The room has a closet space where I could hang my clothes on the rod with hangers, and put some on the shelf above it. As I was staying long, I had in it, a 5-drawer wide tower cabinet that I bought from Walmart :). Also, I could put down my yoga mat where I do some push-ups and meditation. I was provided with a key to my room, so I can lock it whenever I'm out. The clean bathroom stocked with the essentials, is across the hall and, I didn't have a problem sharing it with just one other guest room. 3. The hosts actually clean the room and change the sheets once a guest checks out. I know that it should be the practice - it's just refreshing and reassuring to know that the hosts do deliver on this aspect. Again, as I was staying long, and my room was upstairs with the other guest room, I've seen them do this a number of times. And they changed and cleaned the sheets I used in my room and towels a couple of times during my stay. 4. Easy check-in. I didn't watch TV because all the shows I follow, I could just watch it on my laptop, but I did see other guests do. I had access to their microwave, dishes, and refrigerator in their kitchen downstairs. 5. So many parks around the neighborhood, maybe about 4, all within walking or jogging distance, or even more depending on how far you'd like to go! And they're all clean! The nearest one is a 1-min walk for me. There's also a park with a man-made lake and water fountain and all kinds of geese and fowls making it their home (not sure if they're there year-round), and some people fishing! As I usually jog after work, the clean, safe, and nice neighborhood, plus the number of parks nearby provide me with ample choices. 6. Close to the Sacramento airport. A 13-min drive or less, or $14 if you take an Uber. While it's near the airport, it's not noisy. Maybe it's not within the flight path of the planes taking off and landing. 7. I had no problem parking my car on the streets throughout my long stay. 8. It's close to a lot of establishments. 5 mins away is Natomas Town Center. This lot has Safeway for grocery and a lot of other stuff. You also have Rite Aid pharmacy, Bank of America and Chase ATM, Safeway fuel station, a couple of restaurants, laundry, hair and nail salons, and more. Across this lot, crossing over Del Paso Rd, there's another lot with a few more establishments. 9. My other go-to places are: 15 mins to Crocker Art Museum - art is subjective but this is my favorite museum in Sacramento. 13 mins to DOCO, a shopping and cinema complex. 17 mins to California State Capitol and that for me is the heart of downtown Sac. A few steps away from the Capitol is the Sacramento Convention Center, where I've watched ballet performances, musicals, etc. 15 mins to Old Sacramento, the historic district and a State Historic Park, and a few hops away is the Tower Bridge crossing the Sacramento river - sunsets and fireworks with the Tower bridge in the foreground makes for an excellent photo subject. 10. They are so polite. The laundry room is beside my room. Whenever they were planning to do laundry, they would ask if it was bothering me, and it didn't actually. They would even not do the laundry when they think I'm in my room. 11. On my last day, my flight out was later at 11 pm. They allowed me to leave my luggage behind after checking out and I spent most of the day downtown. I came back around 6 pm because my phone was running out of battery. I asked and they were gracious enough to let me stay till it was time for me to go the airport. Bruce plays great piano! He doesn't play all the time, but even if he did, it wouldn't be a bother. It was beautiful music and I like it!

The place is very clean and orderly with check in easy and quick. I enjoyed my stay here. It was right next to a park!

My second time staying here. A great place.

Ben is a gracious host who made himself available for anything I might need to make my stay a great experience.

Ben was very gracious, allowing us a last minute rental with an early check-in. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The keyless entry worked flawlessly and assures guests an entry at any time they arrive without any hassles. Since the home is just a few minutes from the airport, this is an excellent location for guests who have an early morning flight as we did. We would be happy to stay again in the future.

Great place!

Amazing house in a quiet and clean neighborhood. Definitely one of the best stays in Sac- and it’s affordable! I only wish there was a little more privacy. The room does not have a lock on the door so I wouldn’t recommend bringing valuables into the home. Other than that, absolutely top notch! Host is very friendly and easy to get along with! 5 stars

Scott is an outstanding host and his place is great for a relaxing stay. Very clean, quiet and safe spot. Easy parking and check in. I’d definitely stay there again if passing through Sac.

Scott was a great host, communicated with us to ensure a smooth check in and made us feel welcome even before we arrived. The place was very nice, the cleanest we've ever stayed in!

This place is perfect

Jane’s place is a quiet, convenient, and secure location. Everything you need was available to do things like “home”. We plan to stay again if the opportunity arises.

Scott is a very communicative host and this is a good value for the price. It’s not the most comfortable bed in the world but fast WiFi, kitchen/living room space you can use and a great location for airport access or even heading down the highway to downtown (about 20-25 min with traffic).

Perfect spot for a quick night's rest near the Sac airport.
