This is a lovely studio with lots of natural light and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a fantastic koi pond. It is very clean and comfortable. Sue is kind, gracious and just lovely. I traveled alone this trip and I would love to bring my husband here next time we are in Sacramento. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our brief stay at the garden studio. It was very peaceful - we loved the little pond right outside and the bed was comfortable. There are helpful notes as needed around studio, and thoughtful amenities - we enjoyed having cream for coffee in the morning! We would definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb is located in a quiet tree-lined neighborhood, a short hop to what the city has to offer in fine restaurants and cultural events. Wi-fi and off-street parking are a real plus. James & Bekah are super hosts who specialize in relaxed interesting conversation or privacy at your discretion. We have returned numerous times to this special place. The hosts have provided good books and lots of information about Sacramento and are able to answer questions about the region.

Second time staying here. The studio is very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Good location and helpful host, this is my go to Airbnb for Sacramento!

Great location! Close to everything but very quiet. We used jump bikes to go downtown and to midtown market.

We really enjoyed our stay at James and Bekah's place. It was clean, tastefully decorated, spacious and in a good location. The neighborhood is quiet and about a half hour walk from midtown and some nice parks and shops. Would stay here again!

James and Bekah have a great studio space in East Sacramento. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but still close (walking distance) to many great restaurants and coffee shops. The space was very clean with a big bed and everything you need for a weekend. I would definitely stay here again!

Matt's place is comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Everything you need is included: TV, fridge, Keurig, water, continental breakfast, Wi-Fi, private patio, and even bikes for a trek into the city. Renters have their own access and privacy. I will stay again.

Matt's place was a super cute room and private bathroom. He and his wife were super responsive and accommodating. The room was great and equipped with coffee and all the necessities. The neighborhood itself was very quiet and safe. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend!

This studio was very cozy with everything I needed to enjoy a long weekend exploring Sacramento.

Very clean with an easy checkin. My mother stayed here for a week and loved the neighborhood. It was very easy for us to pick her up on the way to restaurants in the Midtown area. She reported that Matt’s place is very quiet and she loved the updated bathroom. We would consider renting again for out of town guests!

Quaint and cozy. Perfect stay for an out of towner that needs a place to crash after a long day at the office. Nicely set up and they even had some snacks available for me when I checked in. Miltos was also very accommodating when I had to make a last minute change to my reservation. Great find.

This was THE best AirBnB that I’ve ever stayed at. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer. The location was perfect, and the neighborhood was nice, peaceful and safe. The keyless entry was a breeze for check-in and just coming home each day. The unit was sparkling clean, the appliances were state of the art, and the amenities were great. I loved the finishing touches such as the board games in the closet. Even the toiletries in the bathroom were superb! I can’t rave enough. If and when I come back to Sacramento, this will be my go-to!

Greatly enjoyed staying at Bobby's place! The place itself had everything someone would need during their stay and was in close proximity to a lot of different restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown. Bobby was also very prompt to respond back to any questions we had which made the check-in process super easy.

Manuel’s place is convenient to Sac State and midtown. It was quiet and comfortable. I rode my bike to midtown and the Capitol Sunday morning. Recommended as a good value.

Great location just down the street from UC Davis. Self check in process was very easy. Shared a bathroom with another guest but otherwise had plenty of privacy. Very clean and had everything I needed.

This place is simply adorable, really cute! Great for a couple or two people. I stayed with my friend and we shared the bed easily, it was plenty comfortable and both of us are tall. Mary is a very personable host. Her place is clean and really nice. The neighborhood is safe, I was able to walk my dogs early in the morning. She also has a nice-sized yard that my pups enjoyed!

Mary's guest room is an incredibly well-decorated room, adjacent to the main house. It's private, quiet, and the aesthetic matches what you'd expect from a nice, suburban neighborhood. When I first booked the room I only really needed a bed, but then I was surprised to find a small kitchenette, a nice bathroom, and quaint touches that made staying there relaxing. I won't lie in saying that the neighborhood is a little far from the city center by Uber (I only used Uber), but if I had more time and had prepared better, I can see myself using the space as a great starting point for running because the whole neighborhood is gorgeous.

I loved it. It was quiet the whole time I was there. The room was cozy but still roomy. I appreciated all the small treats like: water bottles in the room, chocolates on the desk, little notes posted around the house to help you know how to use that space, etc. The mattress was super comfy and I slept really well. We stayed here one night on our way to Lake Tahoe. We arrived late, but José provided us with clear and detailed instructions on how to enter and everything. The location was great, the house was super clean and the room was very comfortable. We would stay here again for sure.

Our stay was incredible. The space was absolutely beautiful. It is like a high end hotel without neighbors and elevators. It is beautifully decorated with all the little touches that indicate that they were thinking of their guests. The next time I am on the West Coast I will definitely return.

This great little hidden gem of an Airbnb in Sacto was close to many of the spots I needed to be during my stay. Monica the host has included really nice touches like comfy bed and pillows, spacious shower, two sinks, and my favorite - a jar of trail mix packets which came in handy as I was on the run and low on snacks! Monica was super responsive and I was delighted to meet her, her husband and two of their children. Lovely hosts. I hope to return.

Alyssa's house is located in a quiet neighborhood which has easy access to local bus. The room is spacious and is equipped with everything I need. It was a wonderful stay.

I was in town for an interview and Alyssa’s place was just what I needed for the night. Super easy check in process. The room is simple but clean and the bed is comfy! Great value for the money. I would stay here again if I were back in town.

Chelly is a outstanding and caring host. She provides the necessary amenities for long stays, her home is clean, stylish and cozy. I really enjoyed staying at her place and would definitely recommend Chelly’s place to anyone especially for students and working professionals. Also, Chelly has two adorable cats which I enjoyed their company.

We really enjoyed meeting Chelly and staying at her place this summer. It fit our needs for a long term stay over the summer. We had the private room in the basement that had its own entrance. It has set up like a studio with a double bed, sofa, and TV. This was nice so we could relax and watch TV at the end of the day. The bathroom and kitchen areas were shared with other Airbnb guests, but it was never crowded. Chelly was welcoming and even shared produce from her garden with us! If you're looking to stay here, my one recommendation is to make sure you are comfortable with animals! Chelly has two cats and a little dog, all very friendly with quirky but sweet personalities. The cats' living area is in the unfinished part of the basement which is outside of the private room (which is finished) on the way to the upstairs portion of the house. We had many laughs over the silly things Inspector (the cat with the mustache) would do :) Overall is was a great stay. Thank you, Chelly!

Great stay at Chelly. The room is really big, with lots of storage, you feel immediately at ease. In addition, one of the doors gives on the outside what makes think of a studio simply and not a simple room in a house. Chelly is a great host, always the answer to your questions, but never encroach on your life. I love my stay 10/10!

Chelly's place is great! The house is adorable, kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is nice, and neighborhood is perfect for a stroll to nearby Broadway street with cafes and restaurants. She has chickens and a garden in the backyard, and cats and a dog inside. The downstairs room is great because it almost functions as a studio apartment with a sitting area somewhat separate from the bed. Plenty of space in the closet and drawers to store stuff for long stays. The house has other Airbnb rooms in it, so you might meet you fellow travelers while you're cooking or hanging out upstairs. Would absolutely stay in again!

Talking about cute and adorable,this house is more than comfy. Chelly is more the accommodating and welcomes you to share the eggs her hens makes, too cute! The home is always clean with such a craftsman feel, I hate I had to leave so soon! Her home is located right in the middle of everything and 5 mins from the downtown, but the neighborhood is so nice you wouldn't think you were in the city.

Overall great stay. Location was perfect for me- short walk to the hospital, local coffee shop, brewery and a few other restaurants. $5 Uber ride into downtown Sac which was an added bonus! Stayed in the basement which was comfortable during both the hot and cold days/nights. Plenty of space and privacy. Historic house. The neighborhood was quiet and breathtaking! Especially as it was fall :)

I had a very nice stay at Chelly's. The basement room was private and quiet - perfect if you are in Sacramento for study or work. I was also in town during a bit of a heat spell and the basement stayed nice and cool. Chelly was very friendly and welcoming. She gladly helped me with advice about the area and even took me to the store when I first got there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area!

Orlando is a very hospitable. His home is beautiful with many luxury amenities. Quiet and well provisioned. I appreciated mostly his responsive communication and his willingness to assist with any information needed.

#1: it is QUIET. I am a super light sleeper, so this is rare praise from me and speaks volumes (pun intended!) about what a nice neighborhood & great room set-up Orlando offers. #2 - it's a lovely space. The bed was so comfortable, the towels were of amazing quality & comfort, and the living area and kitchen were fantastic. it was too cold to use the pool, but it looked beautiful! #3 - Orlando was accommodating & supportive of our schedule (early check in, slightly late check out, and we were up EARLY to catch a 5 AM bus to run the Cali International Marathon). #4 - We slept better AND figure we saved around $50 over what we'd have spent staying at the hotel we originally booked. We had to spend more $ on Ubers because we weren't as close to the bus pick-up and race finish as we'd have been at the hotel, but we figured we'd still save money - and we did. Isn't that part of why travelers love air b & b - a cooler lodging experience at a savings over hotels? So here's the thing - 4 of our friends stayed at the hotel we originally booked. They were all woken up by a 3 am garbage truck pick up, neighbors having VERY loud sex (short-lived thankfully!!), and loud conversation outside their door at an unknown hour. So what can I say except staying w/ Orlando re-confirmed why I'd rather use air b & b than stay at a hotel!!!

I cannot recommend Orlando (and Liza!) enough if you're staying in the East Sacramento area. The room was spacious, and the house is beautiful, clean, and impeccably decorated. Every amenity you could want is available. You're in a super safe area, can walk about 20 minutes in either direction to great little shops and eats, and can catch a quick Uber to anywhere else in the Sacramento area. I have stayed in hotels that weren't as nice as Orlando's home (and that cost considerably more as well). If I'm ever in Sacramento again, I will most certainly book again!

Sean's place was clean, quiet, and centrally located. The pictures do a good job but I was surprised at how much larger it felt in person. The neighborhood is in walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. I'd totally recommend it.

We stayed at Sean's place for about 6 weeks and it was amazing. The photos don't do the apartment justice. It was incredibly spacious, clean, accessible, and quiet. There was great natural light and had everything you need (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove, cooking supplies, etc). The neighborhood was really cute and had some great restaurants near by it. I highly recommend it to anyone.

We booked this not ever having been in Sacramento before and staying for a month. With that extended time, we were so happy to have booked at Sean's place. The duplex is located in East Sacramento in a beautiful neighborhood with awesome restaurants, coffee shops and bars just around the corner and a couple of blocks away. The street was VERY friendly and welcoming. The place itself was just as described. Clean and had enough amenities for us to stay comfortably for a month. Sean was amazingly responsive to all our questions and made it super easy to book and make changes to the reservation. Street parking was never a problem. In the month that we stayed, we were always able to get a spot right in front of the place. Thanks again Sean and if we're ever back in Sacramento, we'll be sure to get in touch.

Sean's place was very inviting! You can see his attention to detail. My visit was only for a night for a business related test, and I needed a comfortable and quiet place, which I got! The couch is super comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked! The thing I was most impressed with was how clean it was! Neighborhood seemed nice, walking distance to some coffee shops and cafes, and most importantly very quiet and safe!

Everything about this place is top notch! The location is incredible- a charming and quiet residential within walking distance of great restaurants and night life. Best of both worlds! Check in was flawless and the space had so much character and charm. I felt so at home there! It was very clean and had all the essentials. The host was responsive and easy to talk with. Great place to stay at if you’re looking for a temporary and long term place to live in. I was here for a month and it’s cozy and feels very homely too. This place is actually more spacious than it looks and has plenty of stuff that you might need. The apartment is located in a great location that is nearby many great places to eat and shop. The neighborhood is also nice and quiet, and it feels safe too. Also, the host is awesome. He answers my questions promptly and always checks in to see if I needed anything. Highly recommend it to anyone needing a great place to stay.

Great value for the money. Things were clean. Simple check-in. Phuong was very nice in showing me around. They did a nice touch in personalizing my stay, which was appreciated. Be aware Wednesday mornings are trash day, so that might wake you up. The mattress was firm, but I liked that.

Not too far from the light rail station, easy check-in, and the room was clean. Liked the TV and being able to watch movies when I wanted to. Quick response time. Friendly host.

The flat was quiet, clean, spacious and tastefully decorated.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids.) I asked for the air mattress it be set up in the same room as the twin bed and it was a perfect set-up for my girls. Great location and Emily was very quick to respond to anything that came up. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our family of 3 enjoyed a long weekend at Emily’s space. We were very comfortable and it was in a great neighborhood. We would (and probably will) stay here again!

Emily's flat in East Sacramento was so cute, clean, and in a great location. The iron and coffee maker in the flat saved me during my work trip. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm back in the area.

Great location. I was able to walk to UC Davis. Getting an Uber/Lyft was easy. Close to lots of good things.

Beautiful home mark and his family were amazing! They all made me and my boyfriend feel so welcomed and had the beast hospitality. Very professional and helpful. Their son is so cute too! Definitely want to come back. I highly recommend! The house is beautiful

Comfortable bed and room. If you don't feel comfortable with a toddler in the home, I would not recommend. Location is excellent for those who need walk to the UC Davis Medical center campus (including Med School and Nursing school.) Just a 7 to 10 min walk to the Med school area.

The space including the private bathroom was great and accessible as expected. The family were quiet and considerate and easy-going and helpful to say the least. Easy and accessible location, 10 minutes to most of everything.

Walking distance from UCD Medical Center, hosts were very accommodating, gave suggestions on places to go out, great people!

This stay was excellent. Very clean, outstanding layout and equipped with everything you need for the stay. Very easy to use key pad to get in and the host kept in touch.

Great spot for visiting Sac or working there. You got all of the privacy you need and the place is as described. Allison was super kind and understanding with the current covid situation, too! Would definitely recommend and come back anytime.

This place is a little gem tucked away! From the moment you get there to when you walk in, great experience. Absolutely loved the decor, bathroom and the heating/air options. I was very comfortable here and felt safe during the entire stay. It is a quiet space in a great neighborhood; plus the bed was so comfortable - slept much better than I expected to. Definitely will be booking here again.

Overall an adorable and cozy place, it was the perfect couple getaway for our quick over night stay. We really enjoyed the location and it’s proximity to good food and the Golden 1 Center.

Chelly is super hospitable and sweet! Her home was always clean and she has always been welcoming and communicative. She's great about giving your space but is up for a conversation if you want. As far as I know, there's nothing in the area that is this nice for the price point. I would definitely recommend her home to others.

My stay at Chelly's house felt more like I was staying at a friends house and not an airbnb. The room was very large and comfortable and the location was convenient to my job and the rest of Sacramento. Parking was easy and the neighborhood always felt safe. The value of staying in such a beautiful home could not be beat!

Chelly was the greatest host I have ever met. She was so considerate and always leave enough private space to us. Her pets are so cute! I really enjoyed my 3 three months there. If I have an aooportinity to stay in Sacramento again. Her house would be my first choice!

Chelly was a kind, funny and amazing host who welcomed me into her home. The house is a dream come true with a beautiful garden and backyard, a sparkling clean house and the most funny and loving pets. Chelly gives you privacy and is also available for whenever you need her. I recommend her for anyone who needs a comfortable stay at a great price in a central location.

The place is more than perfect for it's price. Nice, cozy and quiet room next to the shared bathroom and kitchen. The wifi is working, with an ok bandwidth. Chelly is very kind and helpful person, great host. This place especially recommended for pet lovers. Two cats and a dog will make you smile all the time. :)

Chelly's house is very nice! She really gave me lots of my own space for my daily life. Everything you need you can just find in the house or the market near her house. It is very convenient for guest who first come to visit Sacramento. I really enjoy my life there. And I miss those three little pets, especially Spector and Marley.

Laura and Virginia were extremely communicative. Their home was comfortable, safe, and very conveniently located. We had a great stay in Sacramento!

Very nice home where you don’t need basic traveling stuff. We were met with fast answers and help during the Christmas holidays. It was clean and all details were considered. No hesitation in meeting our wishes. The outside area was just as great as inside, with pool , barbecue grill and nice areas.

The house is a great little getaway for the weekend. Great location; close to downtown and Trader Joe’s! The hosts are super friendly and respond right away to any messages. If you searching this area to stay, you should definitely consider this home!

What a wonderful neighborhood in which to stay. It was so convenient for our trip to a Sac State football game and to all the unique shops and dining spots in Midtown! When we came back to the house at night, there was a fun selection of games to play. We enjoyed our stay.

I've been to a lot of AirBnB's and have not had the most pleasurable experiences, so I've been going to hotels the last year. I thought I'd give this place a try and Angela has restored my faith in Air BnB. She was more responsive than God, had a lovely disposition, and was probably the most responsive host in my years of doing this. Her place was warm (as in homey), inviting, charming and comfortable. She clearly put a lot of love into making her space feel cozy. One of the things I find useful is how people receive feedback. I did give her some feedback about a few finishing touches she could incorporate and she heard my feedback with grace and appreciation. Now that's impressive!

Leah's house is in a really lovely part of Sacramento. It's a very safe and beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance of downtown and many of the must see locations of Sacramento. I didn't get much of a chance to chat as our schedules never seemed to align but our limited exchanges were always pleasant. Highly recommended!

I was in town for a wedding and was just looking for an affordable and conveniently located place to stay. I was a little nervous by how much cheaper this space was but I really lucked out. Leah was very communicative and had a very helpful cheat sheet for the house and neighborhood. Very clean house and bathroom with everything you might need. Two minute walk to food, coffee, and a bar, 5-15 minute walk to anything else you might need. Bed would be small for two people, but for a solo traveler, you’re not going to find better for less.

Leah is incredibly flexible and kind as a host, easy to communicate with and has a cool pup. The place is simple, but comfortable. It is a good walking distance from eats. Enjoyed my stay there!

Had a really great stay here. Cute and very clean guest house; looks like it's been recently renovated. Private entrance in the backyard. Plenty of space and privacy. Kitchen is well stocked, and there's coffee/tea/wine available. Walking distance to lots of great local restaurants, breweries, and coffee. Safe neighborhood. Bed was very comfy and linens all smelled super clean. Allison was a great host and promptly responded to any inquiries. She was also kind enough to let us park both our cars on her driveway (street parking looks like it's mostly 2 hrs). Would definitely stay here again.
