Fully equipped cottage for 2 people, independent thus promoting your privacy and elaborated according to the rules of Feng Shui for your well-being. Big private terrace,table,deckchairs,barbecue. Pool to share with vacationers of the Jasmin cottage (2 adults too), heated in out of season (May to mid-October), TV. Bike parking and private car, gate closed at night. Motorcyclists welcome. A 10-minute walk from the lively center of Ruoms. Swimming, fishing, walks, canoeing, climbing, fishing, mountain biking...

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "most beautiful villages in France". Ideal for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my grandfathers), whose foundations are from the 13th century. I just finished the complete renovation. The rental allows me to finance the rest. My place is close to the Ardèche River. You'll love it because of the views, the decor, and the pebble alleyways. In summer, I prefer week-long stays from Saturday to Saturday.
