It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Detached house on 1800 m² of land, on the edge of a natural area. 10 min walk to the river and the village of Labeaume (charm with amenities: grocery store, restaurants, craft shops). 15 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, 20 minutes from Chauvet Cave, 5 minutes from Ruoms. Direct access in front of the house to paths and trails for short walks and hikes (near the Dolmens of Labeaume).

Picturesque, bright and quiet house, close to all amenities on foot (shops, bars and restaurants). On the ground floor you will find my watercolor workshop (Couleur Mande) which has independent access. On the first floor, the main room, warm and bright atmosphere with a living room, TV and an open-plan kitchen (microwave, stove, toaster, fridge, coffee machines...). On the second floor, the sleeping area and its bathroom. The balcony is not overlooked.

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

Accommodating from 2 to 4 people, our 80 m2 cottage will have all the charm for you to spend a relaxing and magical vacation. On-site pool and river access on a sandy and pebble beach just a 20-minute walk away, the location is great.
